Not a lot of people there, even around lunch. Never been, so I thought it would be fun. $38 for lunch for two. Probably won’t go again. Food was ok, but $9 for smallest burger? Served to me well done, and dry. Fries were not crispy, but droopy, seemed slightly burnt, but soggy, and loose. Burger was brown. If I pay for an expensive burger, I want to be asked if I want it pink. I think this chain is trying to use smoke an mirrors to overcharge, I doubt they will last. Can’t imagine any normal family of four eating here. Cost would be too high. Oh- coke was OK.

We come here regularly…about once every week or two. We like this location because we are usually in the area shopping (the one on Vestal Parkway is a bit out of the way).
We’ve never had bad or disappointing service. The crew is always energetic and willing to joke and talk when they aren’t busy. Food is no better or worse than any other 5 guys we have been to in other states and in the local area.
Sometimes the music can be a bit loud, but I that isn’t a major complaint for us. Keep up the good work team!

So sad there is no Minus star, cause even one is to much for this place.
Most disgusting place I’ve been. Super dry and awful burger, most expensive one btw, super dirty cafe inside, garbage everywhere on the floor and on tables.

Just a bad location. The Vestal one has been fine. This location just has employees that don’t care. Order a small fries. Waited a while. Finally asked about it because it wasn’t busy. They asked my order number. Then the girl goes over and grabs a printout. Then says it’ll be a few minutes and starts the order!
If you have plenty of time, the good here is as good as other five guys. But it’ll take 3 times as long to get.

Firstly the people who are taking orders seemed extremely disinterested. They put in a wrong order (without cheese veg burger in place of cheese veg burger), the burgers were not warm, and the fries were not organized and spiked in the brown bag.
The taste was average.

I placed an online order on 2/18 and ended up waiting 20 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. During that time, the associates appeared completely uninterested in their work — using their phones, and even blowing up a glove like a balloon instead of helping customers.
To make matters worse, I overheard a walk-in customer being told they couldn’t use the register because the person with the key was on break. There didn’t seem to be any urgency or accountability from the team.
Overall, it was horrendous service and a very disappointing experience. The associates simply did not appear to care about the customers or their responsibilities.

Great tasting fries and burgers and more importantly, great customer service. There have been a couple times where my Bacon Cheeseburger was without bacon. The GM of the Johnson City, NY store, Trina, was very kind and apologetic each time I raised this issue to her. Trina made sure I was reimbursed and satisfied with the corrections. Thank you Trina!

Me and my friend came here to pick up our mobile order. The black guy working there kept asking for my friend’s number, and trying to hit on her.
The other employees working there didn’t seem to care and it seemed like this happens very often. My friend was traumatized, she’s only 16 and this middle aged guy wouldn’t give us our order.
Never going to back this place! Please don’t bring your female friends or family to five guys. Extremely rude and unprofessional employees who would 100% sexually harass them.
