Same as a couple of weeks ago! Ridiculous I can’t get a lettuce wrapped hamburger. The piece of lettuce I rec’d wasn’t even big enough to cover my sandwich!
1st time I ordered this – it was amazing! There was enough lettuce that I could actually hold my sandwich without getting it ALL over my hands. Not the case with this time or the last time. Will NOT be back – I will just make my own, at home. IF I am traveling, I will just go to another fast food chain OR not eat a burger at all!

Slow service. Had to make multiple trips back to the counter to add food we were missing. This is ridiculous, asked for no tomato… guess what I got that I didn’t want. This is the second time in 8 months I’ve been here and the quality and service have been terrible. How is this location still open?

By far the dirtiest Wendy’s we’ve ever been to, and we love Wendy’s. There were 10 dead flies on the floor in the women’s restroom, as well as 3 or 4 live ones. The holder for the empty ketchup cups had crumbs and dead flies in it. My daughter dropped her straw and when I picked it up there was 6 inches of grime on the wall, when I pulled my hand back it had nasty stuff all over it from brushing against the wall. We will not be back to this particular restaurant. Bad bad bad. Needs a serious cleaning.

Restaurant is never ‘clean’ and is almost always out of soda. Window employees are super rude. Last time I ordered from here, my burger was not even close to being done. Haven’t been back since then.

Place order at drivethru, confirm NO TOMATO at speaker, confirm at pickup window NO TOMATO, answered with major attitude, as well as the whole crew thought they needed to come to the window and see ?? Odd, rude and wouldn’t you know what I got when I took the meal to my grandmother, tomato… no answer at store, online review made stating I wanted to be contacted, nothing, just rude ,cold ,burnt food thanks Wendy’s….you can see clearly on the receipt in black and white, no TOMATO, and was the one burnt fry a “F”you gesture?????????

Wendy’s is lucky to have such an exceptional employee! The guy with the long hair at the register provided outstanding service during my visit, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and positive attitude that made me feel welcome. He was quick to take my order and showed great attention to detail, making sure every part of my meal was prepared exactly as I requested. It’s clear that he genuinely care about providing a great experience for customers, and it made my visit truly enjoyable.
Not only was he efficient and professional, but they also created a friendly and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for my entire day. He was patient and kind, even as the line grew busy, and handled every interaction with grace and enthusiasm. Stopped there today on my lunch break with coworkers. Had multiple separate orders. Once we got to the window the lady was handing out food and forgot our drinks. I ask for our drinks and she started handing them out. I ask which drink I was just given and she rudely replied “I don’t know I didn’t pour it” then closed the window on me. This store seriously needs to work on customer service and pray they don’t mix up something someone is seriously allergic to!
