2 days ago I had an emergency csection with serious complications so I’m on bed rest. when I got home I ordered burgers for my kids on the app because I thought it would be convenient and easy since I can’t make dinner. Prepaid and everything. My partner went to pick it up and was told he can’t pick it up without physically having checked in on the app on his phone. (Which I’ve done plenty of times with no issues before) So I tried to check in from home since I was the one that ordered it from my bed and ofc it wouldn’t let me because I wasn’t close to the store. He was made to come all the back to the house. Carry me from the back room of the house and to the car and drive me to the actual store when I wasn’t even supposed to be moving just to either get a refund or what I had already paid for…. Because it had to be me “checking in” at the actual location. I threw up 3 times on the way home from motion sickness due to my medications. So what went from what should’ve been an easy experience to complete hell that I’ll never forget. I’ve never been THAT dismissed or inconsidered considering it was PAID FOR. I’ll never return and I’m contacting the corporate office

I was really craving a breakfast burrito this morning and sent my partner to grab breakfast from this Sonic. Years ago, a Sonic burrito meant a fluffy, soft tortilla with yummy filling of eggs and cheese and meat. But this was so nasty. The tortilla was almost stale, it looked and felt like paper. The sausage seemed overcooked but also old. It was just gross. I didn’t finish it. I never thought I’d have to check Google reviews on a chain like Sonic but this is 2024. Everything is overpriced and the quality is terrible.

The corndogs used to be pretty good from Sonic. Now they just suck! They weren’t crispy and were undercooked. Those were the only thing left on their menu that I could stand to eat anymore. But, now, I won’t be back for any kind of food.

Ordered a smash burger, too salty, meat tasted greasy, After 3 bites I had to toss it. I do not recommend this place. Always looking for cooks, servers, managers and carhops.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I placed an order in the app, got there I 3 minutes, then waited five minutes in a stall to spend almost FIVE DOLLARS for cheese sticks that finally came out like they’d been waiting to be delivered. But what REALLY ticked me off was to get absolutely zero sauce for my sticks!!!!!! Grrrrrrr Oh I got a salt packet though.
Do better people!!!! Who wants cheese sticks with no marinara sauce!

I want to thank Ashley every time I come through there she’s always in good spirit always in a good mood but she had a bad customer tonight when I was sitting out there waiting when an lady got out her car in the Drive-Thru and went into the building cause they was busy and thought she was entitled to jump in front of everybody else when they was very busy the milkshake machine broke down last night but Ashley made sure that I was able to get them today when the machine was working and she came to work. I thank her for a great customer service and for the smile and attitude to continue having even when she was disrespected and her crew was disrespected by this lady who thought she was entitled. So when she complains just remember other customers saw what you did and knew how busy they was. Thank you Ashley once again for your great customer service and continue keeping your smile.

I had a crispy chicken sandwich with tater tots. The tater tots were great, but the sandwich left something to be desired. The chicken was tuff and little chewy. Overall, the meal was edible thanks to the tater tots.

I’m unclear where this place is. Using Google Maps, we ended up in front of a falling apart building, and using the 360 street view, the pin is indeed on this falling apart structure. No Sonic anywhere to be seen, and it is listed as open on Google Maps, not even temporarily/permanently closed. I am giving this 1 star because we only came looking for this location after being unable to even get a #1 combo ordered at a nearby location and wasting almost 30 minutes as they tried to figure it out. That location is getting its own review. Then we come here, hoping to get better service, and instead, we find a falling down shack. My daughter really wanted Sonic, but we ended up going to another fast food place because we couldn’t get Sonic. Spending that much time to get nothing from Sonic was very frustrating in the middle of the second day of a 2 day drive home. I’ve always enjoyed Sonic, so this was a real disappointment. Get it together, Sonic!

Been customer here for many years and an active user of Sonic mobile app. Current promotion is half price shakes after 7pm if ordered in app. Well I placed order and the app charged full price. so lady at window said there must be a problem with the app. She yelled out the window to the manager who was inside a car in one of the stalls telling him there’s a problem. He rudely said it’s the app’s fault and that he had no control over that so I told the girl I don’t want the shake if not discounted has advertised. Drove off and cancelled the sonic mobile app but then received email saying I was charged full price for a shake I never even touched. Called Sonic about 20 times but phone apparently off hook. Called credit card and was told I have to call back tomorrow to start dispute! Ridiculous and all based on no attempt at customer satisfaction! I will never go back!
