Okay listen… this is my Taco Bell. It’s the one closest to my house, I am a sucker for convenience I have a big family, and I regularly drop $50–$100 here without blinking. I love Taco Bell. I believe in Taco Bell. I will defend Baja Blast with my whole chest. But this store? It’s a gamble every single time. Some days it’s elite. Hot, fresh, tacos packed right, everything perfect. Other days it’s like someone sat on the bag before handing it to me. I’ve opened hard tacos that were so crushed I had to eat them with a spoon like taco cereal. Sometimes there’s barely a teaspoon of meat in there. Other times they load it up like they care about me. I just never know which version I’m getting.
Now let’s talk about the drinks because this is personal. I only get Baja Blast. That’s it. That’s the tweet. When it’s right, it’s magical. But there have been multiple times where it tastes like straight carbonated water because the syrup is clearly running low and nobody changed it. Not “a little off.” I mean spicy TV static water. If I’m paying for Baja Blast, I want Baja Blast… not LaCroix. Service depends on the time of day. Daytime: food is usually right but the wait is long and the vibes can be… aggressive.. Most of the workers are super rude some of them are not though. Nighttime: people are nicer and faster, but the order might be completely wrong. Pick your fighter.
And listen… I know this is Taco Bell. This is drunk food. This is 10pm “I don’t feel like cooking” food. I’m not expecting five-star sanitation. But if crusty prebusted sauce packets are getting tossed in the bag and exploding into my Cinnabon Delights, we gotta tighten up just a little bit. I’m realistic… but let’s keep it within reason I genuinely prefer this location… When it’s good, it’s GOOD. I just wish it wasn’t a 50/50 surprise every time I pull up. Because of the surprise I usually make the drive to the Taco Bell that’s closest to Exit 1.

Pictures reflect broken tacos watered-down LaCroix flavored Baja Blast also they reflect the difference in how full sometimes the cinnamon twists are some occasions I’ll have four little pieces in the bag and other occasions I’ll have a huge portion… I also added in a few screenshots of my recent orders so you guys can get an idea of how often and how much I spend when I go but yeah it’s not always a million bucks but money is money these days

Avoid this Taco Bell location entirely.
I’ve come to this Taco Bell maybe a dozen times in the last few years and EVERY SINGLE TIME they get something wrong. I ask for no tomatoes, they’re covered in it. I ask for 2 of the same order and I’ll get 1 1/2 of it. You ask for 2 Baja blasts and a coke and you’ll get 1 Baja blast, 1 coke, and 1 sweet tea.
The food is usually relatively ok other thab that. Its a Taco Bell so what else would you expect, really.
The thing that makes this place a total 1 star is the employees that work here. They’re rude. They don’t care one single bit about getting your order right or wrong. They frankly just seem like terrible employees.
For the price of fast food these days I’m done dealing with discrepancies in my orders.
Take the extra 5 minute drive down the road to go to the other one instead.

Ordered just now from door dash and let me tell u the worst Taco Bell experience I had in a while !!!! How I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo and the quesadilla came all full of sauce before opening it than I open it and it had only one side of chicken the other Half of the quesadilla had no chicken just cheese!! Than my soft taco was all hard the tortilla felt old and hard and the beef tasted old the only thing that came okay was the nachos and that’s because I paid for extra queso and beef , if not I bet would’ve been slimply and stale! I never had to make a review about any food chain but this one pissed me off! Don’t get food from TACO BELL OFF TINY TOWN!

The taste and quality of the food was terrible not to add the temperature was not fresh. My cheese wasn’t melted on my quesadillas, my Mexican pizza tasted like the oil wasn’t changed in years, and my soft tacos were wet which made them mushy. I keep thinking this Taco Bell will get better and they always let me down. The other Taco Bell on tiny town is way better and I never have issues. I guess I should I just went there instead.

I give the service three stars because the last couple times we have come in here we have gotten mixups in our orders. They would forget something entirely or forget to doctor up the food. Fortunately we ate in all those times so it was an easy fix but still. Other than that it’s a great place. The staff seem to try really hard to run this place properly. Seems like they are running the place with not enough people.

I did not catch her name but the young girl working in the window at 9:35am 1/14 deserves credit. The service was a tad slow but I quickly noticed that she seemed to be doing most the work herself and that’s why it took a good minute. It can be so stressful when all the work is put onto one employee but she kept a smile on her face and greeted me with kindness. Definitely a hard working girl!

Christina in the drive-through was very impatient, unfriendly and acted like she was annoyed to have a customer. The food was slapped together, they gave the food with the box spilling out, and gave me the least amount of food possible. The chicken quesadillas mostly all tortilla very minimum meat or cheese and they barely gave me any sauce and the street tacos had three pieces of meat! My cheesy fiesta potatoes was smashed in and it was on the top in the bag just opened. Very disappointed and I won’t be back! I would have went to Mc Donald’s for this treatment, at least McDonald’s doesn’t skimp on the food.

We have given this location several chances and they have disappointed us nearly every time. Today, I ordered the caliente cantina crispy chicken taco. Not only did it have no caliente sauce, a big chunk of the shell was missing, and the “crispy cheese” exterior was semi-soft shredded cheese that was SO unmelted it was falling off. Literally every other location has never been as REPEATEDLY disappointing as this one. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to another one from now on.

I asked and paid for extra meat on my crunchy tacos and they decided to put extra lettuce instead. Then you have a woman who wants minimize the amount of sauce you can get. If I have to pay for more sauce, tell me, don’t take it out my bag before giving to me.

The only reason I go to this location is because it’s so close to my house. I’ve had multiple bad experiences and enough time passes and I decide to give them another chance because I want a quick dinner. It never fails, they never make the menu item correctly or give you what you ordered. The shells and chips are always stale. This was my “crunch wrap supreme” Management or the owner seriously needs to step up and train these workers properly.
