Horrible!! I couldn’t even eat it. The big cheeseburger (photo) was old and cold. It didn’t have any onions or pickles like it should have. The fries were limp and cold.
There is a reason they never have s line at this store. We ordered drive through with no one else in line in front of behind us and yet they made us park in “reserved” spot to wait 10 min for old food!! Sad! I used to work at Carls in my youth and it was always hot and fresh. I won’t be going back there any time soon if ever. And so expensive, almost $40 for 3 burgers and 2 drinks. I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse for that much money and much much better food IMO. Avoid this place at all cost!! You’ve been warned.

Look if I could give negative review this would get one!
The wait to get our order was stupid long. Over 30 minutes in line with 1 car in front of us and we placed our order online!! We paid for double patties and got ½ size! The bun is double the size of the meat. This is one place we will not return to. If you’re going be prepared to be DISAPPOINTED!!!! Had we not been on the road to get to our destination i would have gone back to get my money back!

I really like Carl’s Jr. but haven’t been much since they closed the one nearest my house. This visit will cause me to make the longer drive more often. Everything was great! The service was great from start to finish. The food was hot and fresh. Yum, sausage, egg and biscuit is the best from any fast-food place.

We went through the drive through and unfortunately, our orders were all wrong. We ordered a cali burger with no special sauce
And a Western bacon double Burger. The western double Burger was cold. In stiff and the caliber excel I requested it with mustard. There was no condiment at all, otherwise was lettuce and tomato and cheese. There was no grilled onions so I don’t know the red. Be going back again, it was very disappointing. This is always been one of our favorite places.

I’ve been here before and it wasn’t great but went back yesterday and had the best service I’ve had at a fast food place. The food was fresh, the service was amazing and the lobby looked great. Unbelievable service for fast food. 100% recommend coming here

I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr in a very long time and now I remember why. I ordered a Cali XL and I asked to hold the sauce. Once I got home and unwrapped my burger i noticed it only had one patty but one the menu it shows to as well as the commercial as well as online. My 1 patty was also cold. I tried reaching out my phone and all I get is a fax machine.

Used to be able to get some decent chicken strips at Carl’s Jr, went today and was seriously disappointed. Made the order, was told it would be another 10 minute wait, no problem, I’ll wait. We get them, and not only are they NOT fresh (what exactly was the wait for??) they were seriously overcooked little strips of dry sadness. We paid $28 for the 2 meals… getting redicously expensive, but if we get what we paid for, it’s easier to handle…but when we’re told to wait extra time for absolutely terrible food at super high prices, that’s NOT OK. Won’t be back to this location if I go back to Carl’s at all…I can get better at Chili’s for that cost.

And the Cali xl Burger was burnt, no mustard and no grilled onions. It looked as though there was conflict in there. We go here regularly & haven’t had such a terrible meal.
