Went through the drive thru. The cashier recognized then asked if I was a Veteran. After confirming that I was, she gave me a discount. She thanked me for my service, then another lady handed me my food and told me sh appreciated my service. This meant alot to me. Keep up the good work.

Took 18 full minutes to get my food from a ‘fast food’ place. No sense of urgency. While waiting inside two ppl from cars in the drive thro had to come in for forgotten stuff. And they forgot the Swiss on the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich we ordered.

Excellent service! Polite, kind, friendly, fast. We were confused about our order and rather than say well that’s on you, they apologized for the way it was advertised and took care of us. We walked away very happy customers!

Love the food! You can tell the burgers are real beef that’s been unadulterated and fresh. The only problem I have is the way the drive thru is handled. The most recent trip there was only one other car ahead, none behind me, but I was spoke to in such a fast pace and the feeling of being rushed was blatantly obvious. Not polite at all, not respectful. When I got to the window someone different was there and it was polar opposite of who I talked to through the speaker.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I could have drove across town to the other Burger King. Sat down and ate. Came back and still had my spot in line. This place is TERRIBLE. Knock it down and build something worth while.
