I decided to try this Hardee’s out again after not stopping by in years because I heard that their quality was improving.
This actually turned out to be the case. The lady that took my order was very polite, I ordered the Frisco burger combo with a strawberry lemonade. When I got to the window, the gentleman running the register greeted me with a friendly smile and handed me my food, which was ready very quickly. He told me my drink was being made and would be done in one moment. Before he handed it to me, he swirled it around to help the flavoring incorporate – a small gesture, but shows a certain degree of care not always seen in fast food employees.
Now onto the food. I started with my fries as they were on top and easier to eat while driving. They were hot and flavorful. Not my favorite fast food fry, but good nonetheless. My Frisco burger was delicious. The only negative marks I’d give is that my sandwich was a bit lukewarm in the middle. I can overlook something like that because of the good flavor and presentation and the outstanding service. I will be returning soon.

Some of the best fast food chicken tenders out there! Wish the location was more staffed, but that isn’t the fault of those working there. Everything was clean and food was great!

I love Hardee’s because they have a low carb menu/options…. Not today. Asked for lettuce wrapped low carb.took a little extra time. No problem… Then15 miles down the road…. NO LETTUCE.

Clean and friendly; hot and tasty food. If your wallet (and arteries) allow, get the Memphis BBQ Thickburger – reeeally good! They have very good fries. If you want your food pretty fast, go elsewhere.

I went through the drive up about 20 minutes prior to closing time. I was told at the drive up that they had no fried foods because they were doing maintenance on the fryers, which seems odd during business hours.
I also tried ordering a shake and was told they had no ice cream.
I got a big ham and cheese, which was very good flavor wise, but wasn’t hot.

Very pleasant workers at the drive threw. Food always takes a bit longer than you expect, but it is fresh so worth the wait. It was around 9:00 when we went through, and they were out of ice tea. They were very congenial and apologetic. Lemonade was next best as we are not pop drinkers.

Ordered through the online app, when I got there staff rudely informed me they weren’t able to make anything I ordered due to being out of one item and their fryer was also not running. I asked about getting a refund and she acted inconvenienced and told me I needed to wait. During this time she told others in the drive thru that it was going to be a wait due to being short staffed. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting until I finally told the gal I would just call on Monday to talk to someone about a refund. She started yelling at me that she was just getting ready to help me, very unprofessional. I left and called on Monday. Spoke with the owner who was very nice and said she would send me coupons equal to the cost of my order, however it’s been a month and I still haven’t received anything. Very disappointing service.

I have waited to write a review as I always believe in a bad day once in awhile. Nope. They have bad days every time I try to order something. If it’s not their credit card not working, to their fountain pop not working to sorry that will take 20 min there is always something.
I can’t image the amount of money that is lost per day by the sheer inability to be ready. Ready for business. Ready for customers. So sad as you do have good burgers and bisques
