Worst experience ever. They messed my order up when shown proof of messing my order up nothing was done to accommodate me. They stated “It was the drivers fault.” How is it the drivers fault when the driver doesn’t fix the food. Management had a very bad attitude on the phone while NEVER handling my matter. I ordered 10 corns which is way more expensive and they gave me soggy fries instead!

We try to call like 5 times en never had anyone answer the phone it just rings but no one answer and when we pick up the food there the people in the front are really lazy they never call out order the person picking up the food has to loos for there name cause the person in the front they so slow that they just there looking the other preping the food but they dont have time to call the orders. Yall need to get better persons to work on the front the one u have now are making customers unhappy

Ordered online, waited a hour for my order only to get home and realize the order was wrong. I ordered 15 wings and only got 11, and they were super tiny and way too hard. I realize the place just opened but I wasted time and money and probably won’t go back.

How do you forget the sauce that goes on the wings when you have 8 people working and the sticker says what sauce is supposed to be on it. Y’all suck for real. I’ve enjoyed every wing stop restaurant I’ve had until this place in Wilson. Oh and I tried calling to work it out with the supervisor no one answered.

Wanted to be fair and not leave a review from our first experience since it was around grand opening and they were busy. I finally gave them a second chance and still HIGHLY disappointed!! The food isn’t fresh seems like we get pre fried wings. Fries weren’t fresh either. We typically haven’t ever had an issue with wingstops other location but this one definitely needs some work.

I had to go on a good day lol . I reviewed the other reviews and just knew I was going to have a bad experience. NOPE . I made the order online . Food was fresh and delicious . The only thing I would change about this location vs other wingstops , is how tiny the area is and parking. Other than that 10/10 . Awesome job !

Extremely unprofessional experience. Staff lacked basic customer service skills and our order was wrong. This store needs better training and supervision. New location, but that’s no excuse for rude attitudes, poor service, and incorrect orders. Management clearly needs to step in.

Food was delicious other than my wings having barely any sauce on them. The wait was long, but I realize they just opened and are still getting used to everything. I feel that the wait wouldn’t have been as long if some of the employees weren’t just standing around talking.
I saw a guy walk in to order and he stood there for a while until someone actually acknowledged him and when they did it was a cook who happened to walk to the front to fix himself a drink and said he didn’t know how to run the register, meanwhile the girl running the register was standing to the side on her phone.

The just opened yesterday, I go today and they’re slammed, I felt so sorry for the workers. Waited an hour and a half for an online order with the line going out the door onto the sidewalk. I hope this doesn’t become on ongoing issue, but I’m not upset about it because they literally just opened so give them some time you know?
