Cute little diner. I love the theme with all the dog photos. Truly a diner feel. My daughter got the bacon cheeseburger with tater tots and I had the pork chops with veggies and baked potato. When I ordered the pork chops I thought it said on the menu that they were boneless, however, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had the bone. I prefer them with the bone as they tend to retain their moisture better. Food was good and the service was good. I just thought it was a little pricey for diner food, but I guess everything is pricey these days. Sorry for the half eaten photos. I was so hungry it slipped my mind to take them when the food came out. Enjoy!!!

Such a fun spot with delicious food! I love the classic diner feel at Hungry Dawg’s. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the fries were golden and crispy. The service was quick, and the staff made us feel right at home. A great place for a casual bite with friends.

We’ve only been there once. Probably won’t be back. When we went in on a weekday the diner was empty. The entire time we were there one lady came in. The waitress was extremely friendly and talked with us quite a bit. That being said, food was a longer than normal wait, for a place that wasn’t busy, seemed unusual. My husband got burger and fries that he said was just ok. I ordered medium rare liver and onions it was two slices, that were really small, very thin, extremely dry. After, eating at Southern Kitchen in Tacoma my expectations for liver are really high. Was pricey for the quality and wait for what seems like a greasy spoon type of place. Oh yeah! The music was fun. I love the oldies.

Hungry Dawg’s Diner serves up solid American diner fare. The portions are huge, and everything is made fresh. I had the classic BLT with a side of crispy hashbrowns, and both were perfect. If you’re in the mood for a good meal without breaking the bank, this is the place.

They were, as ALWAYS, the best people of any restaurant that I have been to…and I have been to restaurants all around the world! The food is amazing and the waitresses are, truly, excellent. I strongly suggest you check them out and not be fooled by the ‘small’ nature of the business. I’ve been coming here for six years and I’ll easily be coming for six more!

Hungry Dawg’s has the best diner food around! The waitress, Brittainy, is an all-star! (I swear she has at least 6 arms with how amazing she is at serving!) The food comes out astoundingly fast! I get something different every time, but my mind was blown away when I got the breakfast sausage patties…they actually grill them on their bbq and the resulting flavor is TRANSCENDENT! My friend ALWAYS gets the biscuits & gravy – he’s absolutely addicted. The food and atmosphere is of a 50’s diner, but you got to see the hand-painted murals all around the restaurant! Just make sure you check what hours they’re open – they don’t have a full staff to keep full hours, but what they do with what they have is phenomenal!

We haven’t been to Hungry Dawg’s Diner for awhile due to various reasons.
I had a hankering for pancakes, so chose Hungry Dawg’s Diner, and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

We were told this was a great place for breakfast all day, and it was true! Cute little spot that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day. We had omelets, and they were the fluffiest ever! The hash browns were done just right. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this diner!

The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband’s food was “ok”. We had breakfast and each food element on my plate was gross (biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, over easy eggs). I couldn’t eat it and left it on the table without saying anything. They are very high priced with minimal portions, we will definitely avoid this place.
