On my way back home stopped here for breakfast. Owner was extremely nice and helpful with my questions and trying the food and shakes. The shakes and waffles are too die for!! I got the cinnamon sugar waffle and the limited chocolate donut shake. Then a refresher and some tasty treats for the rest of the road trip. Definitely will come back here again!!

THE BEST! Being GF + dairy free can be a challenge but not with these delicious shakes, Teas, muffins, and waffles!! You will not regret coming here! Every time family or friends are in Laramie from out of town we take them here and they understand why I love it so much! What an awesome spot! We are road tripping and happened across this place and I am so happy we did. The staff was so lovely and communicative, the muffin bites were delicious, and our shake and tea are so refreshing. I got a watermelon tea and my boyfriend got a blueberry cobbler shake. Wish we were locals so we could come in all the time! The ambiance and vibes were so fun.

Very kind and compassionate people who served me! They have a very wide variety of smoothies, and various things people can have for pre and post workouts. I got the Woman Wonder (blue, mango, raspberry) and it looks and tastes amazing. You must come to this locally owned Laramie business.

3 Year Update: Still LOVE this place! I love to camp out and get work done here. It is a positive environment with great healthy food/drink options. Definitely give this place a try if you haven’t already.
Not only am I addicted to the amazing teas and shakes, the owners, Mariel & Kyle, are some of the best people I know! AND… they love to support the local community! This is also a great place to sit and utilize the wifi to get some work done, meet friends, or just hang. Oh and don’t forget to try the protein balls and waffles. If I could give them more stars, I would. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT.
