Got breakfast was told they cant put mayo on it but on the side. Weird they have before. Then wanted tomatoes add they cant do that either. Had to get them to charge me for dips to get tomatoes then instead of putting it on the sandwich they put it in a little baggie. (No big deal but seriously) the tomatoes given look terrible. What a hassle just to get a sandwich. Guess it’s not have it your way anymore. Do better burger king.

This is my usual go-to when cutting through the island. But my most recent visit wasn’t that great; the service was good, and the atmosphere in the building was quiet. But the food was not great at all. The two kids’ meals I got were cold, kind of unappetizing for the kids. I got the brisket Whopper, and at first I thought it was pretty good, besides it being kind of cold. But then I bit into something I didn’t know what it was, so I opened up the burger and sitting on top, somebody slapped a giant piece of fat over the top of everything. It was so disgusting; it wasn’t even part of the burger, it was a total extra piece, like the size of a human tongue. I was very disappointed. It was in such a peculiar place, it felt like somebody did it on purpose. And I don’t like to eat food that I feel like somebody was messing with.

⭐ Review:
So, first off — shoutout to Anthony for being super kind and offering pepper, salt, and ketchup as I came through. That was appreciated.
But I ordered a Whopper meal with mozzarella sticks, and a couple things were off:
The mozzarella sticks tasted old and there was no marinara sauce in the bag. I had to walk back in to get it.
My Whopper (extra onions, BBQ, mayo) was cold on the first bite, which was disappointing.
I didn’t ask for a new burger because I don’t like to complain — honestly, I’m just grateful to have food at all. But I still wanted to leave a review so management knows what happened.
The woman taking orders at the drive-thru sounded very nice, and Anthony’s kindness deserves recognition.
Just hoping for a little more consistency next time. ❤️

I’ve only ever doordashed from this location as all orders from Niagara Falls are rerouted to the Grand Island location. I wish it could stay that way always. Since receiving orders from this location I have never had an issue with the food. Never missing or incorrect items- they’ve always been correct and the packaging is always stellar. Also, I have always ordered before 4 or 5 pm. So whoever is on day shift is excellent at their jobs and that’s a rarity in and of itself these days.

So sick of this garbage that I’m paying for. I get your employer sucks, I try not to give people a hard time ever. But I have to get these garbage orders, you make it SO hard not to agree with the negative views on fast food workers. I gotta be more disciplined when I dont feel like cooking.

DO NOT order food online if only the drive through is open. If you order online your order will not be processed until you arrive at the drive through. I thought I was cool and ordered my food online after work late Saturday night thinking it would be ready when I got there. I had to wait 25 minutes in my car in the drive through line to get it…?..?.? ? Granted right when I arrived somebody in an out of town mini van ordered food for 8 plus people in front of me. That would be my why am I still breathing luck. Nonetheless, WHY MAKE ORDERING ONLINE EVEN AN OPTION THEN? SHUT IT DOWN YO! This sound crazy but at this point I didn’t even want the food anymore. In the words of the late, great B.B. King the trill is gone. I do feel for the short handed staff though that had to scramble on their low paying late night shift to get them flame broiled babies out. Much respect! FYI, I did eat a rodeo burger later after and It was still delicious even cold.

Super awesome service! We did the drive thru and the guy on the register (August 10 at around 12pm) was so great. Very rare when you come across a fast food employee that displays pride where he works. Burger King, if you’re reading this, use the Daye and time I gave you, look at your employee schedule and who was on the register and give that guy an achievement/recognition award.
