Im not one to write reviews and I like to be fair so the first time I went and it was terrible service I let it slide and continued going. But, after 3 visits there I’m confident in my rating.

If you go in person they will make you wait 20 minutes before even taking your order. Then they seem bothered that you ask for them to take your order or help you in any kind of way.

I went to pick up my food from an online order and the lady was going to make me wait until I told her it’s just a pick up. Then she didn’t hand me my food or even place it down gently she threw it on the counter.

Also the food quality is terrible. My sandwich looked nothing like the picture and I found possibly potato skin in my coleslaw??

Would not recommend especially because the food cost more than what it’s worth.

KFV is an absolute scam. They took my money and never gave me my food, then lied to my bank saying I received it. When I asked them to check their cameras to prove what happened, they literally laughed at me instead of taking the situation seriously.

It’s not even about the money it’s about the principle and how they treat customers. Their lack of honesty and accountability is unbelievable. I’ll never order from them again, and I highly recommend others avoid this place until they learn how to run a business with integrity.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at KFC was just awful. The customer service was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. The staff seemed uninterested, unorganized, and had zero sense of urgency. I was left waiting far too long without any explanation or apology, and when I finally did get assistance, the representative was rude and dismissive.

When I asked to speak with a manager about an issue, the staff completely lied about who the manager was. Instead of being honest and helping resolve the problem, they passed me around and gave me misleading information. That’s unacceptable and shows a serious lack of integrity.

It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. I expected much better from a company like KFC, but I won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone until they learn how to treat customers with basic respect and courtesy.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I paid for my food, but the cashier told me my payment didn’t go through, even though it actually had. I politely asked the gentleman helping me to call a manager. A woman came over, but instead of resolving the issue, she called someone else on the phone. When I asked if she was the manager, she told me she wasn’t, just the supervisor.

At that point, I was frustrated and asked for the food I had already paid for. She told me I would need to pay again and, if I got charged twice, I’d have to dispute it with my bank. That is completely unacceptable customer service.

When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me—it was only visible, tucked away on top of her hat her name was Jennifer. This whole experience left me upset and disappointed. No customer should have to argue for food they’ve already paid for.

I am writing this review immediately following the worst fast-food experience I have ever had.
​First, the simple failure: our order was completely messed up. This level of simple incompetence is frustrating enough and reflects poor quality control, but it pales in comparison to the shocking health and safety issue we encountered.
​As we were waiting for the items to be corrected, we noticed a live cockroach crawling across the floor near the serving counter. This is not a minor issue; this is a severe violation of health code standards and frankly, it is repulsive. The presence of pests indicates a profound failure in cleanliness and sanitation protocols at this location.
I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

I asked the cashier that do I need to complain to get serve . The cashier lady that wear glasses answers back to me . I’m the manager here and if you don’t like it you may go . Also said I don’t need your money and business . I think if you don’t like your job you will never help customers properly. . I been a customer for years at this place at Whittier Blvd Commerce . I placed my order for the crispy chicken. They said that all they had was 1/2 crispy the rest original. So in other words we will give you what we have not what you paid for. Their explanation on we only make a certain amount of chicken is not a good reason to give me their leftovers. Bad practices especially when they didn’t even warn me of not having my complete order when I placed it. Compensation for my time is the only way to make things right. Not doing any business with this company again.

I came to KFC for my lunch break and dine in. There was just another person other than me and my coworkers. Service was ok but the food was bad my fries were stale and my tenders over cooked or old. Then I went for a refill cause they served me a cup full of ice and some soda they informed me that they only allow 1 free refill after that one I would have to pay. Don’t think the food and drink is worth the price. Quality was low highly unsatisfied

Manager literally told me what do you want me to do about it when i explained to her that the chicken wasnt even cooked in the middle!!! I got a mouth full of doughy substance it was bad. She literally hung up on me she is the general manager i later found out.
