Whoever is working the drive through right now is very rude. September 24th at 11:45am. I ordered my meal, gave her my $$ and she said thank you. She then asked in a condescending voice, “oh you want your change?” I said yes, and she then rolled her eyes at me. Plus she got the drink order wrong.

Newly remodeled. Brand new play area.
We ordered in app. Didn’t take too long. Needed a packet that no available by the self service area. Staff member looked at me and away. After realizing I wasn’t going anywhere she walked over and stared at me. Asked for a packet that was unavailable. She left and handed me said packet. No verbal communication. Was not impressed with the negative body language and zero communication.
We got everything to go. Promptly unpacked food which was as cold as the employee that put the bag on the counter.

Been here several times and consistantly great service and food. Play area and tables are clean. Always kids here for my kids to play with. Playground is pretty big with great seating for everyone. All equals great value.

Went in around 8 am on a Sunday and this place was FILTHY. Manager said that she knew and that they currently didn’t have a maintenance crew… REALLY? Not hard to wipe down a counter. Asked for a drink tray and one of the employees pointed to one and said to grab it. The milk I ordered was expired and I got a dirty look when I asked for a different one. Food was hot and got it all pretty fast. I ordered a sweet tea and got an unsweetened tea but didn’t know until I was on the highway.

Ordered this Big Mac… literally meat, cheese, and the buns. Also ordered chicken nuggets, but received none of the sauce we ordered (bbq and sweet and sour)… makes for a bland meal. But received probably 45 ketchups packets… not sure how you make a Big Mac and forget to put everything on it … ? But from the reviews, it sounds like this isn’t new..

This place looks run down inside and not inviting. I ordered drive through and got 2 mcdoubles and the new crispy chicken strips meal. Order to window was fast but then they made me pull into a stall. Others had the same thing happen ahead of me. Then after 6ish minutes they brought out my food… except it wasn’t my food. I had a different order. I then had to go inside and no one was in the front to take orders. Granted it was 8:45pm but still. I had to yell really loudly “excuse me” to get their attention. Then I said you gave me the wrong food. A manager person asked me what my order was. I told him. He asked if I had a chocolate chip frappe. I said no. I tried to tell him my order again and he turned around and ignored me while helping the other worker sort out orders. Then he asked me what my order was again. I told him a second time. Then he finally got my food and I asked are you sure this is all here and correct? He said yes and it was. But this was a very inconvenient occurrence. And it felt like no one was listening to me at all.

Came in at 2:30 with two of my kids for a much deserved play date, and discovered that the play place is absolutely filthy. Old French fries were all over the floors, along with stale nuggets and empty/half filled cups. The order was correct, but I had asked for mayo in a cup from the guns they use in the back on the food, and the manager came out and said “Ok so what’s the problem?” As if I really inconvenienced her when I didn’t have a problem at all. Then she came out with a packet of mayo in a cup. That was beyond insulting. I also had an issue with the night manager, he’s extremely rude and doesn’t care about customer needs and prefers to have people wait in line rather than talk to us. By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever experienced. Won’t be taking my kids back here ever again.
