Food is usually delicious here and fresh.. this is a fact and was true today as well… My main issue with our meal today was how I was treated (gaslit)…their reaction… And that they couldn’t care if anyone else got a fragment. In a place where you mix lots of small toppings in a bowl this could really hurt you.
although in the past the dumpster has smelled up by the door and we have seen active water bug roaches inside. We gave them a shot today after taking a break from them .. the food was delicious until I bit down into my kebab chicken and almost lost a filling. There was a hard thick thumbnail sized bone.. looks to be a chicken thigh bone.
Well they use real meat so it hurt really bad but I was not completely shocked. I went inside to show them and mention it. That perhaps they should check that small chicken batch to be sure no other bone pieces got in. I had to ask for someone and the guy said there’s no way there’s bone in the chicken. And I said well there was and held out my hand with it. He repeated no the chicken can’t have any bone in it ????? He then said If you have a problem go leave a review.
So I find myself here after we finally gave them another chance. I am frustrated because my molar hurts they don’t care AT ALL and I wasted the money on my bowl, since I was simply afraid of eating more and running into another bone piece. ♀️ It’s not like a chicken leg where you can avoid the bone… That stuff is all mixed together and small stuff
( And it is 100% for sure a bone. It’s like a side piece of a femur or something where it curves and used to hold marrow)

BUG IN MY FOOD. Ordered a Falafel classic, missed the fly in the ingredients. And of course you can’t reach a human on the phone only AI. First and last time I’ll be going there. Check your food unless you like eating bugs, staples or chicken bones it looks like.

I LOVE this place, always get their bowls. However I wanted to say to the staff packaging the delivery / take out orders to PLEASE be cautious and detailed – I found a STAPLE in the food, which I was giving to my child!!! So dangerous!!! Please make sure this doesn’t happen again!

I’m not the type to buy food often but I love Mezeh. The workers are very nice too. Much better than Cava, and portions are bigger so the kore variety of toppings. Also cheaper than Cava.

Food was great. The pulled lamb meat was seasoned to perfection and juicy. The lemon-spice hummus was good and everything else in my bowl was really good. The Fayetteville location is very clean, no wait and plenty of parking. Will definitely make a return visit.

I have never had Mediterranean food before. So far I have tried the chicken avocado wrap and the honey chicken wrap both were pretty good. I will be adding this place to my list of places to eat.

This was my first time going to mezeh. I’m a Mediterranean food lover. I tried the Jr bowl. Steak with nice topping. It was nice and tasty. I had a little fly trying to get my food , it landed on my bowl. The table and chairs had old food on them. Grains of rice in different places. Overall, it is pretty good.

Very late night dinner. Appreciate having a place to get a delicious healthy meal instead of fast food. It was awesome. Almost as good as what I had overseas. Love the falafels, wish you would sell those in 5lb bags.

Was my favorite restaurant for years. But as much as hate to leave this review I feel like I have to.
They changed their bowl in a shameless and obvious attempt to cut costs at the expense of the buyer.
The container the food is served in has changed from a circle to this weird tiny square thing. I have no idea who though this was a good idea as you can no longer stir/mix the bowl, and trying to scoop food out while getting a good variety from the bottom of the “bowl” makes it spill out.
The food is already expensive… Now they’re cutting the portion by at least 30% (if not more) while making it exponentially more inconvenient.
I love the food at this restaurant but unfortunately this will be my last visit unless they go back to their other container and stop trying to scam their customers; which unfortunately for me I don’t see happening.
I am fed up with corporate greed and I will not be giving them any more money.

Mezeh always comes through when you want fresh, tasty Mediterranean goodness. This local is open late (until 11pm! Yay).. When I arrived at 9, it seemed like they were struggling trying to sort out online order issues and it was all hands and ears, including the young lady who was helping me. Didn’t mess up my food but I stood there waiting for the event to unfold, which kind of showed how slightly disorganized things can become. All staff handled situation well nonetheless.
Back to Food. All was good. Plenty of options. Everything was available especially at this late hour. Skip the pita bread if you’re getting a bowl. It is not made fresh, but kept in a warmer and mine tasted old so I assigned it to a local raccoon gang.
