I feel my initial review was too harsh. The burger was small but tasty, the main issue is their pricing scheme. They offer a $5 burger but if you modify it at all it comes out to $18 which is the price of their regular burger that comes with everything. Just charge a normal standard price. I walked away feeling I was charged the same amount for a simple cheese and pickle burger as the loaded burger, your cashier could’ve explained the menu better as I was ordering it. Almost $4 to add cheese? Plus they sneak in an auto gratuity and a screen asking for a tip so I didn’t realize I was over tipping for a counter service place. It’s a purposefully confusing menu. Let people know verbally that there is an auto gratuity and be more clear and simple with your pricing! I’m not too broke for your burgers or whatever, it’s the whole confusing process that turned me off from your business.

My friends and I drove to Kona today, saw this spot and thought it looked cute. The atmosphere is nice and the customer service was good. What we did NOT appreciate was the price of the food and the quality. First of all, we paid cash and were charged a 15% MANDATORY gratuity fee when we took our food to go. We got three burgers and a cup of dole whip, and the total came out to about $55. The dole whip cup was so extremely tiny and wasn’t even filled up, it was hollow in the middle. The burgers were dry, overcooked, and tiny and we were obviously charged extra for cheese as well without being told that it was extra. Extremely disappointing and on my friend’s birthday too.

I got the baha style fish tacos and they were great! Our waitress was super friendly and the service and speed was amazing. Our food came out in about five minutes and it was great. I also got some Dole whip which was amazing too!

This place is awesome!! The fish tacos were some of the best we’ve had- so fresh and delicious. The kids meal comes with baseball cards and a free dole whip! The dole whips are a must try. They are unreal. The service was fast and friendly. A 10/10 lunch. Too bad it’s our last day on the island- we may have come back daily if we had known about it earlier.

So yummy. My husband and I both had a single patty burger with cheese and we shared the garlic fries. I loved that all the ingredients tasted and looked extremely fresh. The burger reminded me of In and out. Can’t wait to go back.

This place was such a hidden gem! I went to this area for the ice cream shop next to it to discover they were cash only which I of course didn’t have because I’m far too irresponsible. So we went to this place and it was absolutely unbelievable! The Pineapple shake with the dole whip was out of this world. My goddamn knees buckled it was so good. This is a must go!
