I just moved to the area and decided to try Freddy’s. Honestly, the frozen custard caught my eye, but I was hungry and got a triple cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap. It was a good burger and quite filling! However, I couldn’t leave without trying their frozen custard. I bought a small vanilla, no toppings and it was awesome. It’s as good as Abbotts in upstate New York. The food is good, the staff were all very nice and the place was clean, highly recommended!

Med fry? Onion was like rubber on my California burger. Not sure what was going on with it. Lady was nice. Usually I check my order because it seems you can’t trust fast food workers to get it right. We’ll I didn’t check it today. Big mistake!!!!!! Totally disappointed. Do the management even read these???

I have nothing to say about the building, the food, the counter employees; I’d like to make a few points about this gentleman, which I assume was the manager on staff at the time. Bravo!! You sir, deserve company recognition to a high level. I, having been in management, would just say that I was simply doing my job had I been in this man’s shoes, but they couldn’t be anymore farther from the case here. The customer service you displayed to the table behind my daughter and I was outstanding!! The older customer was with 2 young men, one of which was mentally disabled. Something went wrong with the accuracy of their order and you had it handled immediately. I couldn’t help but overhear you apologize for the mistake and offered to get them fresh fries to go with the freshly remade food to which they declined but you insisted on it. Having handled disabled customer concerns as well as friends and family that have a mental handicap of some sort, food is one thing that most see as sacred, for lack of better words. The prompt, efficient and courtesy of your actions may have very well saved from that young man’s day from being turned completely upside down. Well done sir.
