The way the person in charge at the time spoke to a new employee ( a young man) was actually pretty sad and make she company look bad when customer’s can hear thee ugly tone spoken to the new employee. Whether back room ,office or sales floor they should be helping amd making sir ethe employee feels supported. Don’t worl if you have a poor attitude..

They NEVER put their pizzas in the pickup box/pizza portal. Their portal is always empty so they lie when they say its too full to fit it.Avoid here if doing online pickups… Its a nightmare to get a pickup order there. The line for pickup gets ridiculously long. You have to pick up at the counter. My order was ready and sitting there, i had to wait a HALF HOUR in line to get my pick up order. 1 cashier, 1 cook, and the rest of the staff were standing around doing nothing at all and goofing off while the line was huge for pickup

Crazy bread is absolutely awful now. I remember the days when the bread wasnt brown or black and just softly baked with butter and Parmesan cheese. How I miss those days. This place gets my order wrong too frequently. I even asked if they could bake my crazy bread a few minutes less than normal so she said she personally pushed it through the oven to take care of that. I got it home and it was burned. Half the time I can’t get a coupon code to work.either.

This may not make a difference at this McGlaughlin location, and I am not aware of the moral at this store, but it must be said that the pizza’s, service and atmosphere is severely poor.

I ordered a simple large round with sausage and pineapple (no shade please) and what I got was a thin crust with the majority of the toppings in the center of the pie. Please DO NOT ADVERTISE a beautiful pizza on my order screen and give me the trashy version.

The instructions were to pick up the pie from the oven and it’s not there and so I have to cut in the line of people waiting to order to get my own. No one was at the counter to begin with so customers were already annoyed they couldn’t place an order and here I am having to either wait or cut in line to get my order obviously nullifying the whole purpose to order online.

This location needs to be good enough to at least provide what they advertise on the menu, display screens and follow through on their online ordering process.

And please for the love of all hard working people give your employees an incentive to do a better job, provide them enough help and resources to deliver what used to be a decent product at an affordable price relevant to what is advertised. Your people are only going to work for you and serve your customers well if they are adequately compensated and have the means and support to do their job.

Currently this location serves those who don’t want to cause trouble and make workers feel bad and just pay and leave. That’s wrong and bad business. Do better Caesar’s. Look after your people and they will look after your consumers.

To the Management of Little Ceasars @ 1075 Tully Rd SUITE 32, San Jose, CA 95122 ,
The following feedback is provided regarding a recent visit to the restaurant. The experience was unsatisfactory due to several issues concerning staff professionalism, food quality, and operational standards.
On Sept 9th, 2025 time around 9:10 pm. The service from the front counter employee was inattentive and required redirection from another employee, presumably a shift leader. This individual then contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere by openly displaying a knife in a manner that appeared unprofessional.
Furthermore, the food quality did not meet expectations. The pizza purchased was prepared incorrectly and did not resemble the standard appearance of the item. This suggested a lack of attention to detail during preparation. Finally, the counter employee audibly exclaimed “stupid” when delivering the pizza. Although I did not take this personally, it reflects an unprofessional attitude that could easily be perceived as insulting by other customers.
The visit was marked by dysfunctional and unprofessional behavior, and it was a disappointing experience. As a longtime Little Caesars customer, the customer believes it is important to bring these issues to attention so they can be addressed. Other locations, such as the one on Julian Street, have provided more positive experiences.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. It is hoped that this feedback will lead to a better customer experience in the future.
Sincerely,
A Concerned Customer

I ordered online so didn’t have to wait and was greeted almost immediately when I walked in. In and out, no complaints there. That said, the pizza was by far the worse I have ever had from a little Caesar’s. Cheese was rubbery and it didn’t taste fresh, tasted more like a weeks old pizza that they threw in the microwave. I took one bite and tossed it. This was my first time ordering at this location and I will never do it again.

The service is bad. The guy I met gave me a dirty look, and the pizza was tough. They have a sticker saying they don’t accept $100 bills for a minimum purchase. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back. I feel discriminated against.

Each time I pop in here, they have a fresh, hot pie waiting for me. The staff are friendly, helpful and quick; in-and-out times have been 3-4 min.

They also stock Manzanita Sol soda. If you’ve ever tried it, you know how good it is, -if not you should.
