Reviews
Their garlic knots are the best ever ..of any pizzeria
…period.
Their grandma pies are EXCELLENT
Their strombolis are fantastically balanced
Their calzones are on this same level of greatness
All the staples of a pizzeria are unequivocally superior
Their top topping ; I vote eggplant ..some places it can be sub par
But as with the rest of their execution and ingredients ; top notch
So sad I moved from NY when I think of what I am missing
Please Charleston SC needs a Rino’s South
How bout it ️
From the moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve stepped onto Arthur Avenue. The shelves are stocked with Italian staples like soppressata and fresh mozzarella, and the deli counter is a dream for any Italian food lover.
The pizza? Absolutely phenomenal – crisp, flavorful, and clearly made with care and tradition. But what really sets Rino apart is the warmth and authenticity. Rino’s mom is in the back helping out, bringing a true family-run feel that’s both comforting and genuine.
Pine Bush didn’t just get a deli – it gained a slice of Italy. Bravo to the Rino family for bringing such heart, flavor, and heritage to the community.
This place warms my heart! Best pizza in New Paltz. Best garlic knots I’ve ever had! But to top it off, the service and genuine care go above and beyond anything I’ve experienced.
I run a rock climbing nonprofit for people with disabilities and after a day of climbing we needed pizza. Rino’s was incredibly generous and hosted us effectively, patiently, and kindly.
With rain clouds above, we show up like a mob, canes, walkers, wheelchairs and dirty beat up climbers. The service and accessibility was fantastic! It has been a huge struggle to find an accessible and inviting place to feed these trips. Huge shout out to this place!!
Nothing says buy local then the people that don’t just make great food but put the love and care behind the community.
UPDATE May 2023……….returned yesterday for one of our day trips to New Paltz, FIRST stop was Rino’s (see our new photo). As we walked in we were greeted by the owner who even remembered that we like the GrandMa’s pie with eggplant and mushrooms. Added the pesto on this order. Fantastic pizza, friendly staff, clean dining room…………..Rino’s offers it all. Looking forward to our next trip down in the fall !
