I absolutely love coming to Yum Japan the chicken teriyaki is so good and inexpensive over all it is literally the best place to eat in the meridian mall. Honestly it’s the only place in the meridian mall that I eat when ever I visit, on top of that sometimes I even just drive 40 minutes to go to the mall just to go here and get the chicken teriyaki with a side of their crab Rangoon which is absolutely delicious as well. I almost never order double meat for the chicken teriyaki because it’s always too much food even on its own lol! I would definitely suggest bringing a friend to split the chicken teriyaki bowl because of how large the portions are.

Got the orange chicken and fried rice for $10 and it was tasty. I would recommend eating here because it’s the lowest cost here for how much food you get.

Best chicken I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here my whole life. Same great chicken it was 15 years ago. Always been super cheap and delicious. I really hope this place outlives the mall

The service was fast and easy to choose your meal. The sauce wasn’t too thick or spicy. Was enough to share between 2 people.

Good Chinese takeout. You can get meat with fried rice or noodles and vegetables for a very good price (less than $10).
It is usually busy, so be prepared to wait since they make everything to order.

Before our POS president took over You got a good amount of food for a good price. Now the portions are smaller and the price has gone up. Ridiculous.

My gf and I went here all the time during the last two years of our time at MSU. Chicken teriyaki is just over $10 after tax before tip and gives a lot of food. They do offer double meat but unless you’re really hungry/want a full sized meal as leftovers, I suggest sticking with a single portion. The employees are nice and the food is always fast. Genuinely some of the best chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had. I’ll miss it now that I’ve graduated.
