My wife wanted to try it. I wasn’t really in the mood until I tried the food. We walked in and we were immediately greased by one of the managers. He explained everything on the menu and showed us how the menu goes. I got the seasonal mix with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. This place is delicious and the soup is better than Panera, I am so impressed with the food quality and service. The restaurant is clean and staff is very nice. They make all of their chicken salad fresh everyday. From real raw chicken! Who else does that? We live close by and we will definitely be back.

My first time here, and wait staff explained the menu. Chose the Classic chicken salad with bacon, choice of cheese on a fresh croissant. It was delicious and came with pickle and frosted cookie which was a great surprise! Will come back if I am in the neighborhood again. Nice atmosphere, clean, attentive employees.

I try so hard not to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately the customer service is so awful, I just can’t help myself. The first time I went in and was treated by an extremely rude lady, I thought, maybe it’s a one-off. But last week my wife went in and went to their self-serve cabinet and ask a simple question. Do I just pick out whatever I want and bring it over? Another extremely rude young lady decided to tell her, yeah, but you have to pay for it. No kidding. As my wife went to pay for it, she noticed the audacity of them asking for a tip. She was actually going to give them a small tip, which I would never have done after that experience, but then the rude girl decided to throw a bag at my wife and said if you need it to put the stuff in. Sorry, but not sorry. I will say the chicken salad is amazing. And I will also say, we will never come back.
As a small business owner, I have already used this with my staff to show them how to never treat customers. Note to the owner, hire people who actually want to be there. Your staff hates their job and they probably don’t feel much different about you.

I found the location while doordashing one day and I’m so happy about it! It’s become one of my absolute favorite spots! Quality is consistent with a ton of options to try! Somehow, the options keep tasting better! I tried the grape salad tonight for the first time… Omg… So unique, so tasty, so well done! Cookies are a personal favorite too with the softness and icing! Very nostalgic. Can’t forget the red velvet cake though! So delicious and made to perfection! I’m also very particular about my sweet tea, originally from South Louisiana, and their tea is made so extremely well! Absolutely could not do fast food tonight, wanted something light and nutritious, something comforting, and this hit the spot. I also got there super close to closing, something I HATE doing, (I’m usually a closing manager in retail), but the team was professional, kind, prepared the meal as it is always prepared, and I was impressed with how they were conducting their closing procedures while still being attentive to customers to the last minute. Excellent business and team members all around!

A bit pricey but out of this world chicken salad and the soup was really good also. Plus they have sandwiches and salads and many side choices. And they gave me lots of crackers too!! Never been before for sure I’m going back. Highly recommend!!

Came here yesterday for Veterans Day and they did not disappoint! The sandwich on croissant had a ton of flavor, along with the poblano chicken soup. Can’t wait to try other options! Sweet tea was top notch as well. Thank you CSC for taking care of the Military folk! My bad. This review was for the Briargate location.

We LOVE chicken salad chick and typically ONLY go to the other location on Barnes which we’ve never had even a mediocre experience at (it’s always EXCELLENT!) The owner is always there the staff is always friendly and we always love stopping in! Well, this location up in briargate couldn’t be more opposite. Staff is not friendly at all, act like they hate it here. They didn’t offer any lettuce or tomato for my sandwich, were out of tea and strawberry lemonade, had literally 3 lemons in the bin, and when NUMEROUS guests told the girl at the counter she couldn’t care less. We let her know it was empty, another guest let her know it was empty and she just said “I know” but never filled it. Finally a different staff member came on shift and was actually helpful and filled the tea after I asked for a third time. The restaurant was a mess, trays everywhere, dirty tables, still no lemons or lemonade. We will not come to this location again.

I got the classic carol. Nothing crazy about the chicken salad, was pretty good! Only note, the pickle in the carry out box was very strong and all I could smell and kind of taste was pickles

Jennifer has always taken such great care of me when I come in. She made sure I felt comfortable with the menu the first time I came in and helped me through ordering. She also very kindly advocated for me to complete the survey on the receipt. She consistently goes above and beyond and gives the level of service that is very uncommon to see nowadays. She also made sure to personally check on every single person in the dining room and gave further recommendations from the menu for our next visit.
