This has got to be the absolute worst Chinese I have ever had. The chicken was so dry and tough (sesame chicken) and the wontons barely had any cream cheese and they were old and tough as well. I will NEVER get anything from here again. I would highly advise you to eat elsewhere as well.

My boyfriend has been dying to take me here. It’s his favorite Chinese restaurant in town. We came for the lunch special, there was no wait and we were sat immediately.
For the lunch special, you get a soup, entree, rice, and spring roll. I chose the wonton soup. It was the perfect temperature and tasted amazing. We shared the beef sticks. They were cut so thin but still juicy. I chose the sesame chicken with steamed, and I loved the taste! However, it was served too hot. The first bite burned my entire mouth. I waited over 10 minutes for it to cool down enough to enjoy. I really loved the taste, and I appreciate how they serve the food fresh, but maybe they could wait for it to cool before serving. The spring role, though, was great, so crispy.
Overall the food was great, we also didn’t wait long for the food. I recommend this place and we will be back!

I ordered the Honey chicken entree and Chinese donuts for carryout. First, I ordered fried rice and was given very, very bland white rice. Yuck. The honey chicken – the sauce was decent. The chicken, though… half the pieces were mainly breading, and the pieces with actual meat, the meat was hard and chewy. I only ate about half of the meal and threw away the rest. About 3 hours later, I vomited it back up. What didn’t come out then, came out the next day in the form of liquid from the other end. The donuts were good, but not enough to give more stars. The only good thing was that they put it in a plastic bag so when it tumbled in my car it didn’t go everywhere.

Visiting from out of state and was happy to find a good restaurant close to our hotel. The servings were quite generous . We ordered dinner for 2 (b). It was $16.99 a person and included soup, an appetizer plate, one main serving each and rice. We had the orange chicken and the beef with green pepper . They could have cut back on the onions and bell peppers with the beef but the meat was good. We got wonton strips for our soup for $1 extra. It’s a small restaurant that does dine-in and take out. Clean and the service was good . And they don’t use MSG!

Update May 2024
It’s been over a year since I was here with my wife last. Not because we didn’t enjoy it, but it’s not near our home or where we travel most of the time. We ordered Kung Pao Chicken this time, which had fried rice. We had more than enough to share & get full. Tasted great & will def be back, even if it’s next year.
Original Review 2023
We decided on the szechuan chicken, fried rice & a side of 4 tempura shrimp with sweet & sour sauce. The szechuan was delicious with a kick of heat. It had zucchini, carrots, onions stalks & of course chicken. The shrimp was good, according to my wife. There was plenty of food in the one dish for my wife & myself to share. Water to drink was the right choice for us. The atmosphere was alright with booths that had tall seats & open tables that made for a typical seating set up. Thankfully, there were no tv’s, which made for a more peaceful time conversing.

This place was recommended to me by my nail technician and friend Trung (from Thuy’s Nail and Spa, just up the road). He has made recommendations to me about electronics and other things and as always been spot on so when he suggested this place I decided to give it a try with my parents and my sister. The food was amazing! Everyone loved what they ordered, and we look forward to visiting again

Local Chinese restaurant with tasty dishes & great customer service! Lemon chicken was a tad over cooked but still yummy. Fried rice is flavorful, steamed rice is fresh, orange chicken has a touch of spicy ️ yet not to overpowering, honey chicken is perfection – a kid fave!! Close to USAFA military base, fast service, clean restaurant, & drinks never ran dry. Egg rolls, egg drop soup & wonton soup are delicious! Love coming here!

The point of eating at Chinese restaurant is the food is hearty, fresh and quick. Much like many Asian cuisines are derived from Chinese cuisine, American Chinese food is a deviation from this and is a category by itself.
I appreciate this restaurant chooses to use hard cover menu, culturally relevant wall arts (including a gigantic Chinese’s legendary “eight immortals” sea crossing depiction) and keep their prices reasonable. The food was served quickly and they are pretty tasty.
Cold plates for hot food, slightly overfried chicken, and lack of staff training are my few nitpicking. In my observation, this restaurant surpasses many mom and pop American Chinese restaurants in town.

Went for lunch on a Tuesday. The lunch menu is extensive and the portions were huge! I had Szechuan chicken and my son had Kung pao chicken. It was great! The veggies were cooked perfectly–not overcooked at all! Soup was great, egg roll was also delicious. Main dish was really great!!! Super fast food and amazing service!
