Do yourself a favor and go to normal Starbucks. Way to incompetent people are working at here. Thats happened today at 12 30 pm. I said can I please have dark roast coffee. And she heard me gave me pike place. When I said I told you dark roast start to thrown tantrums and shaking her head left and right. I was like what’s going on ? I just want my coffee. Very rudely said oh you Che have this. Then just didn’t brew it in right way just pour the coffee in the cup direct from dispenser. So I said no it’s not the right way you supposed to serve it. Then again start to be like what’s going on ? Way too incompetent. Way too rude.when i told her you are rude. she gave me smirk and nodding like yeah i know it. so what ? very unprofessional and disrespectful service.

Quality is ok. Please be advised, you cannot utilize your rewards points. I have over 1000 pts. Which is 5 venti Hazelnut Shaken Expressos. $7.00. Their system hasn’t been updated. SMH. I’ve stop by everyday since 2023. Yet. I can’t utilize my rewarded points for being a loyal customer. Forget the free coffee voucher. It’s worthless if u dont want a plain cup of coffee.

Sue and her staff are always customer focused and attentive to your needs. Food and drink samples are commonly provided — which is a great way to try some products.
For regulars like me, Sue and her Team usually have my drink ready when they see me walk in the store. What a pleasant surprise it is when I step up and get ready to place my order — and my drink is ready to go!! That’s proactive customer service!!

Waited in line with 5 other customers while the counter was unattended for over 10 minutes. When someone finally comes by to take orders and I get my turn, they don’t even have what I was waiting in line for.
Do yourself a favor and drive to a normal starbucks. Don’t waste your time here if you are in a rush.
