Trashy staff. If I could give them fewer stars, I would, but I don’t think the app will let me! I placed an order for two items and they delivered everything burnt, and they just wanted to order the drink. If the person working the drive-thru doesn’t want to work, they should go and give up that position; someone needs it more than them. I need to talk with the owner.:)

Paid extra for 2 breasts, was given a breast and wing and had to go back to get the order corrected,and they still didn’t give me my second breast, they gave me a thigh. Usually I wouldn’t care, but if I’m required to pay extra for something then it’s only fair I get what I paid for.
Then I sit down to eat, and all my food was cold so I couldn’t finish it. Not to mention, this location’s prices are higher than others. So I paid more, and got less.
Edit: today I’m eating the second piece of chicken that was supposed to be a breast, and it’s not even cooked properly!!
Won’t be coming to this location again.

Had only one guy on the line while the manager answers her cellphone then walks to the back. I asked them how long I have to keep waiting and he said until their drive thru line is done. Insane. Still haven’t seen the manager and I’ve been waiting 15 mins for my food.

Waited 30 minutes while their staff walked around filling KFC food first on the meanwhile my Taco Bell was not being prepared. I waited long enough that I canceled my order and even then it wasn’t ready. Plus there was a guy with all his underwear showing because his pants were below his buttocks, manager on site allowed that on a food serving place. Disgusting. I highly don’t recommend this specific KFC/TACO BELL place.
