The chef who prepared our three person teppanyaki only use two eggs for the fried rice even I kindly asked why only two eggs. The other chef in other table use three eggs. I ordered expensive filet Mignon that menu cost $36.95 . But the chef used too much sweet teriyaki sauce and soy sauce that lost the original taste and flavor of filet magnon. The chef also does not know how to create interactive hibachi experiences. In any case I paid 18% tip for the minimum service.

Excellent server and chef. Able to prepare special meals in the back kitchen or meals where an individual has an allergy.
Prices were reasonable, and staff are polite with impeccable and timely service.
The chef was fantastic and interacted with the guests.
The seating area was a bit loud as the serving areas were close in proximity.

The decor is a bit rustic, location is easy to find, staff is very friendly. When we arrived for our reservation we were seated right away. The temperature was comfortable and server was very attentive. There was very little lag time between our salad (sad there was not the usual soup) and when our chef arrived ready. While our chef was skilled with the utensils he was not very chatty and didn’t entertain much which is something the kids look forward to when going to hibachi restaurants. They did however enjoy the lightening round of flying shrimp see if you can catch them in your mouth. Everything felt a bit rushed but the experience was still great. And to top it all off the food was delicious. I ordered the house special salmon, shrimp and chicken — I must warn you the kid portions are large enough for leftovers times two which was great. Our server sang happy birthday to our little lady and we all left happy and full. I would recommend this hibachi restaurant to family and friends.

Service was rushed, they came to get our orders after 2 minutes of sitting down. The chef we got did maybe 3 “tricks” and barely engaged with us… He was too busy cooking all the food all at once. The food itself was “ok” but really nothing great. My kids got the noodles and they were so bland they didn’t even like them (how do you mess up noodles???) The only good thing was the portion size. They rushed us through the whole thing: drinks, appetizers, main course and dessert took less than an hour. Wouldn’t come back here, very disappointing for a place that is supposed to be show cooking.

This is an OK kind of place. There are hibachi options and those are good but can be much better. We had been to multiple Hibachi restaurants in US and overseas and all those are way above than this. One more thing, they add service charge by default , irrespective of how many of you are dining. We were 3 but still being charged a service charge and on top of it tips.. Usually in other places if more than 6 in a table, they charge the SC. This is the 1st time we went to this place , I don’t think it will be added to our regular weekend restaurants.

Quite honestly the worst hibachi I have had in my entire life. The chef did not use salt or pepper once, nor any sesame seeds. No more than a tablespoon of garlic was used for everything on the grill. The vegetables were served immediately and looked like they came from a cafeteria. Don’t even bother with the dipping sauce, it is garbage. It is honestly a shame that the people of Valley Forge Pennsylvania accept this crap. Giant waste of money. Absolutely awful.

Had the worst experience tonight. Went in with my daughter for dinner. The restaurant was not at all crowded. We were taken to a table where everyone was already finishing their salads and we were rushed to order. The waitress seemed annoyed as we gave our order as quickly as we could. Soup and salads came out immediately and the chef started to cook. My daughter’s dinner order was never made. The chef had no concern that she was the only one at the table with no food. It took three times asking the waitress where her dinner was. She finally got her dinner as everyone else was leaving the table. The dinner was obviously rushed in the kitchen. We were discounted 10% with little apology. As we were leaving, we asked to speak with the manager/hostess who was sitting at the bar finishing her second beer. (An empty bottle was in front of her.) She barely listened to our concerns, rushing to the waitress. With no apologies from her either, she kept repeating “Well you did eventually get the dinner.” We walked out as I said I will never come back. Horrible experience and horrible service.

Food was horrible look like it came straight out of the dishwasher to the microwave tasted very watery. Had no flavor couldn’t even smell it when it was right in front of me. Had a pound of sesame seeds on top couldn’t even see my salmon. I sent my food back my husband ate two bites forcing himself to eat that, the salad had a mayo like dressing that was nasty too never going back don’t waste your time or money.

It’s a cain hibachi, once you walk through the doors i bet you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference from one to the next. Did not do the sushi. Did the standard group table.. with a show. It was a good time. It could be considered on the more costly side, but you definitely get your full. So if you’re looking to go out with a group and this is your taste of stlye.. go for it.
