One of the better Carl’s Jr that I’ve been to! Inside dining area was clean and very well maintained.
Went on a Saturday night with my little brother, and we had the 5 piece chicken tenders combo and a double western bacon cheeseburger. Food was great, and what stood out was how nice Jorge was! Jorge said hi to my brother and chatted him up, and was quick to get us extra sauces when we asked for them.
While we ate, Jorge and another worker kept sweeping and wiping the tables while we were eating. This definitely indicates they care about maintaining the restaurant clean and tidy, a rarity at fast food places.

Our family went to eat at Carls today, Christmas Day. Jorge was the cashier who served us. Great customer service despite being super busy with a 2 person team and training someone new! Super friendly, kind, and even wore his Santa hat & mask to say hello to our daughter! We appreciate this kind of service and this will continue to be our go to place!

Rolled in with the fam and 2 hours left on a long drive from up north – hands down best person ever working at a fast food joint room our order – shout out to Jorge who has been working a month he said – Ventura native and super cool guy. Would stop by just to say hi and grab some high quality fast food anytime we drive by. Lived off this exit years back when my youngest was born and stopped off for a bite and nostalgia. And not to say dedicated to his work ond very polite he is truly a social butterfly is not to say very good sales person and he always offers milk Shake’s and the new mocha coffee and all your triples and las 2 famous stars with a la rams large drink and it includes a large fry or your choice of a the fantastic one size waffles fries or fried zucchini or curly friesokamazing ❤️ lovethis place and well Jorge killed it to day buy scrubin the entire restaurant all around ♥️ and he his a great hardworking teddy bear give him a raise I mean he already looks like the assistent manager anywhere shout out to to carls jrs and Jorge rocks.

We were not even planning on going to Carl’s and decided to go through the drive-thru. The person who assisted us (Jorge) was very professional, patient and friendly. A lot of drive thrus these days are not friendly and just want you to hurry up and drive off. But Jorge was different. We will for sure return to this Carl’s Jr. Thanks again Jorge.
