My husband and I are obsessed with Poke Bowls and Poke Toki has the best Poke Bowls ever hands down. The fish is always fresh, with various options to build your own bowl or just simply have a set bowl. Personally I love building my own bowl with mostly salmon and tuna. When I see exotic ingredients that I don’t know they’d let me try a piece before I decide if I want to have it in my bowl. Great service great food it’s not even pricey compared to what other restaurants are charging nowadays, especially for how healthy it is.

Highly recommend dining here or ordering takeout. I ate here for 1st time and loved it!! Menu has BYOB option which I chose. Food was delicious and fulfilling. So many options to selecting what you want.

I got a regular size poke bowl, I have never been to this type of place. The workers were really nice and gave me their opinions and the most popular choices. They gave me extra sauces and the recommendations were fabulous. Everything was fresh and full of flavor.

This is one of my new favorites! I want to start by raving about the staff here! We went in last night and it was obviously our first time there, we didn’t even know where to stand to order. We were greeted with smiles and felt so welcomed. Then we began ordering and because all the food is so different, the staff walked us through it, asked us what we liked, and were able to make a spot-on recommendation that we loved! Now onto the food! It is… amazing. All the ingredients are so fresh and you pick out exactly what you want! It’s like getting to pick out everything you want in your sushi roll, but it’s a bowl of it, and it’s amazing! They also serve poke cones! They are like ice cream cones of delicious sushi! Please try it! The flavors are awesome and the staff is even better :). They also serve a variety of teas (including bubble tea!) and Mochi!

We got lunch here with our family of 5 for the first time a week ago and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond (things like chopping mango into small bites for our toddler). The food was tasty, fresh, and we loved getting to try our own combinations. My husband has celiac and we appreciated the clear gluten free designations. We will be back!

Bottom line: pretty much as advertised, relatively fresh, on- the-go takes on Japanese/Korean food. Think it’s priced in too high though, so value-wise it’s a bit lacking.
Pros: nice, relatively fresh ingredients combined to create sushi/Korean/Japanese food you can consume easily and on the go. High ratings for convenience and quality.
Cons: this is, by design, a fast meal experience. That means there isn’t any dining/hospitality experience to go along with it, and consequently the price point doesn’t seem justified.

I went with my mom for the first time and we loved everything about the experience! The wonderful employees were patient and kind as we got our bearings (we’re not very familiar with a build-your-own model!) and answered our questions about the ingredients. They even made suggestions about flavor combinations 🙂 the variety of ingredients were fresh and tasted great. We’ll be coming back next time we’re in Grand Rapids.

Really fresh food and so much flavor! I had no idea what I was going to order, or how to even order initially. The staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining the ordering process and all of the available options. Once I realized all of the possibilities, I had a fun time loading up my bowl with fun, unique ingredients.
The atmosphere was really bright and the restaurant was really clean. The decor was tasteful, fun, and modern with an island twist. The original art was a great touch.
My only complaint is that the menu board is quite difficult to read. It would work fine as a website or mobile menu but the font was really difficult to read in person and from a distance.
