**Update! I can now post a picture, this is the last straw. I love the Large chocolate and vanilla swirl with Chocolate shell in a cup, however they always serve me the large container but not the large ice cream. The amount of chocolate and vanilla ice cream they give you is the size of a small in a large container which makes no sense. They don’t even cover the ice-cream with the chocolate shell. I will not be returning as this continues to happen

We visited for a late lunch around 3:00 PM on a Sunday and it was a really unpleasant experience. We ordered two chicken tender meals with fries, and the hot fudge sundaes that come with the meals. We always prefer dessert after the food because it melts.
The cashier did not greet us and would not look up from the register or speak to us beyond telling me the amount owed and the card prompt. After payment went through, she still did not say anything, did not offer a receipt, and there was a noticeable amount of receipt paper hanging out of the register. After an uncomfortably long pause, it was clear we were not going to be acknowledged, so we went to find a table. They also never asked if we wanted the sundaes with our meal or after, which has always been customary when we’ve ordered similar meals.
A few minutes later, two sundaes were set on our table before the food arrived. I went to the counter and politely asked if they could be kept cold since we wanted them after our meal. The employee still did not say a word, took both sundaes to the back, and threw them in the trash. No explanation, no apology. To be clear, I asked about keeping them cold, not for them to be discarded.
Our food eventually came out, and my order was incorrect, so it had to be fixed. When we asked for replacement sundaes, the “hot fudge” was basically a small drizzle with very little fudge, mostly just vanilla ice cream.
Overall, we felt unwelcome and the service was disrespectful. I am not a seasonal visitor, I have lived here for nearly 10 years, and they lost a year-round customer. We will not be back.

This is our fourth time ordering here. We usually have one or two items missing from our order, in store or drive thru, and the drinks are absolutely awful at this location. Soda either tastes like seltzer water or something entirely different…. No syrup added and no sugar in the sweet tea. Inside is always dirty, no seats or tables cleaned and sticky floors.
This will be our last visit here but if you dare, check your order before you leave

Very disappointed
Went to Dairy Queen with my family, around 9:20 PM and had a really bad experience. I ordered newyork cheesecake strawberry blizzard and there were no strawberry sauce at all. That’s the main reason I got it! On top of that, the staff seemed unhappy to take our order, like they are ready to close the shop.After we left and stepped outside, the employee closed the door as soon as we are out of the door at 9:45, which made it feel like they just wanted to get rid of us. If you’re open, you should treat customers properly. Really disappointed with this visit.

Could not have been better!!! The grilled cheese sandwich was the Best! Service incredible! Atmosphere absolutely pleasant, friendly and inviting. French fries delicious! No room for dessert, but next time a hot fudge blizzard or banana split!

When I went inside, I thought the place has a very well interior design. Dim yellow lights with an awesome booth sitting. And another surprising fact: They serve you the food! Instead of you waiting in front, they come to you instead. Though I felt like the quantity is a bit little for the value. Little fries and a small burger, but I think the quality of it is great! Overall, great service and awesome food… The only thing that disappointed me was how they portray the food bigger in the sign, and I felt like mine was smaller for a $6 lunch value.

Ordered a mimi strawberry cheese blizzard with chopped nuts ( which cost extra) and received two pieces of cheesecake and a couple pieces of chopped nuts. As you can see from the picture there was nothing at the bottom but vanilla ice cream.

the employees laughed at my voice and handed me burned food, I don’t care if this place burns to the ground. It’s a damn shame because I do enjoy the curds
P.s. theres something going on with the ranch, its dispensed in soufflé cups and is far too runny, maybe its been watered down to last longer.. order the Mariana instead because it comes in prepackaged cups from Heinz and hasn’t been tampered with.
