sonic’s normally pretty decent but for some reason today I feel like I got more sauce than Burger it’s a disaster…. And some servers got bad attitudes and they for some reason don’t stir the slushies nor do they stir the nerds into the slushies they just put the nerds on top of the slushies in the bottom half of your slushie is nothing but shaved ice because they just put the syrup in there without mixing it I don’t know sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s not it’s hit or miss.
Shout out to Kevarius though he does a damn good job is the only one that I’ve ever received my slushies from stirred and properly made loving it

It takes a while to get the food here, but it was crowded when we visited with pretty much every stall being occupied. The food is pretty good, though, so we didn’t mind waiting. The personnel was very nice as well, and readily helped us resolve an issue that arose.

To be honest I’m not sure who this message should be directed to individually or collectively, but this specific location in West Helena, AR needs to be updated. The speaker systems are terrible and half the time the card readers are non functioning. I’ve spent a lot of money at this location and I will stop spending money if it’s not updated accordingly. Sonic is a staple here and it’s also a reflection of the city and it may even be a first for many young people (first employment). Let’s raise the bar by updating the technology.

These kids press this “I’m delivering now” button about 20 minutes(on average for me and I’m here several days a week) before they actually bring out the food. Order placed at 12:35 to be picked up at 12:50pm, checked in stall at 12:55pm, and I’m STILL WAITING. It’s currently 1:10pm. Honestly believe Tiffany is the only one with any sense in her head.

I go to this sonic alot. I went the other day and ordered a wacky pack with cheeseburger and mayo only. They brought everything on it instead of how I ordered. I had to take it back. We get home and the cheeseburger is the same way. My grandson couldn’t eat it again. I was going to bring it back but I can’t load 2 small children at the drop of the hat to continue taking something back that was supposed to be fixed! Not happy at all!
