It was really crowded.. so obviously the service is slow but I was supposed to pick up at the food at 1007 and its 10:15 and I’m still about 5 or 6 people behind so, but you know what you get when you get here, it’s good food it’s just you know really slow

Food was hot, but still just not as tasty as it used to be years ago before they changed the recipe for the chicken and the bow rounds, the inside was closed so I don’t know anything about atmosphere not much atmosphere in the drive-through

I recently had my first opportunity to go inside this Bojangles location, and let me tell you—it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I ordered a chicken biscuit, and it was everything I hoped for—perfectly golden biscuit, tender chicken, and just the right amount of seasoning. It was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed to start my day. The food here is made with care, and it shows in every bite.
What truly made this experience special was the incredible staff. They were so kind, polite, and eager to make my first visit memorable. From the friendly smiles to their genuine efforts to make sure I had everything I needed, the service was impeccable. It’s rare to find a place where the team takes such pride in their work, and it made my visit feel so much more personal.
I wholeheartedly recommend Bojangles to everyone, whether you’re craving a hearty breakfast or just looking for a great place to eat. I can’t wait to return and try even more of their menu. This location definitely earned a spot as one of my favorites! Five stars all the way!

We love bojangles and will always go to this location. First, the service at the drive thru is great. Employees are respectful and have no issue. How are you out of chicken tenders and your signature stuff. Like boberry. But I compromise and get bo bites and wait 25 minutes for Luke warm soggy fries and Luke warm chicken. It wasn’t bad tasting but when you pay money for something, it should be as good as it can be. Especially for inflated prices. Another add is I asked for a regular sausage biscuit since you were out of bo berry sausage biscuits and you forgot to give it to me.

The drive thru lady was very rude. Seemed overall unhappy to be there. I asked her if she could fill my Bo rounds closer to the top because my family was sharing them. She informs me that they can only put 10 borounds in the family pack of bo-rounds that costs over $5 including tax. I said okay… when I got home, my husbands gravy biscuit only had one tiny piece of sausage in it. I paid for a side of sausage to go with his gravy biscuit. They didn’t even put that in our bag. So we had to cook meat for him to have with his gravy biscuit at home. We each had 2 Bo rounds. It’s sad the way customer service is at some of these fast food places. But I’ve always loved coming here and had never had an issue until this Sunday morning 7/06/25. After waking up with our refrigerator on 72 degrees and most likely already have to throw all of our food that we had just bought away, this was a very unpleasant experience with Bojangles today! Also, I called to speak with the manager. The call was disconnected and tried calling back several times only to be forwarded continuously to a messaging service. Very unprofessional.

Was told if I was getting bone in that it would be 25 minutes due to other orders. Said that was fine because I was getting tenders. Proceeded to wait 32 minutes after paying to get my food??? Unironically could of driven to a different bojangles and got done faster.

Headed to camp and decided not to shop or cook for our abbreviated overnight stay. One stop at Bojangles to get breakfast biscuits, family dinner pack with sides. Not the healthiest diet the next 24 hours, but a huge time and convenience saver! Always a steady product.

We ordered a family meal through their website for dinner. The website said it would be ready by 6:45. We got to the curbside parking area early, probably close to 6:30. I checked in and an employee came out to tell me it would be another 20 minutes on the chicken. I was okay with that since we were early. We sat in the parking lot until 7 pm. Finally I called and I heard a female in the background say “I’m so sorry!” several times after I asked about my order. It came out a minute later. They said the chicken “just came out”, but either way I think they forgot about my order. Fried chicken doesn’t take 45 minutes to cook. They weren’t that busy.
The chicken was good, though. The mashed potatoes came with white gravy, but the picture online showed brown. The fries were insanely salty. Biscuits were hot and fresh.
Not sure we’ll be back though because it would have been more convenient to go into Publix and get fried chicken there. Cheaper, too!

Had heard that this location was the GOOD location. Pulled in at 730pm on a Saturday night. Not a soul inside (customers). Silver pans all cleaned & lined up next to the register. Wasn’t even sure they were still open.
Nice lady took my order. Food was ok, but, didn’t seem super fresh. Tea ran out of self service unit. Wanted to order cookies after my meal. Had to wait for someone to come back up front, for a few minutes. Got a contact high from the lady that came up front (different lady than before). She was nice enough. Got the cookies & headed out. I want to support Bojangles. Grew up on Bojangles. But, AL just ain’t it.

This is an awesome location! The restaurant has that southern, downhome flair. Employees provide excellent service which makes you feel valued as a customer. I like the variety of items on their menu for both breakfast and lunch. They appreciate their veterans too, which made my heart smile.
