I don’t eat here often enough. Between the homemade food to the incredible service, the price to the cleanliness of the establishment, this is quite honestly my favorite place to grab breakfast. And holy cow do they make sure you get plenty of gravy. It’s not even that watered down stuff other places will give you. Truly home cooked food and you get plenty for a low price.

The owner was so nice. I got there a little later in the morning on a Thursday and they were almost out of donuts, but I managed to buy the last 4. They were really good. The atmosphere is so great. It’s a family kind of feeling as soon as you walk in. Going today to try the doughnuts and coffee again.very friendly and welcoming. I am from Texas and was having my morning withdraws from our usual donut shop so It made me happy.

The first thing I noticed is a sign on the door proudly declaring that these biscuits and gravy are homemade. Not canned. Not frozen. They really were. The lady behind the counter was kind and had the warmth and smile and enthusiasm of a grandma placing pancakes on her grandkids plate. The display case full of donuts of every variety and variation. The biscuits were perfect. The sausage gravy piled high and full of sausage. I opted for soda (pepsi products) and rejoiced. Even the soda tasted fresh which is an amazing indicator of the cleanliness standard the owner sets as some places struggle keeping the fountains maintained. The donuts are fluffy as a cloud and hit that sweet spot without being overtly sweet. There was no taste of artificial flavors or faux glaze. When you go here the glazed filled donuts are recommended but be warned : they go fast!
