Came during my lunch break and the drive thru attendant was super polite and nice. Got my food was asked whether I needed any sauce and offered a crown which was nice! I didn’t get his name but thank you!

As soon as my Husband walked in, we were greeted-which usually sets the atmosphere when you walk in anywhere. We were acknowledged immediately, even with the drive-thru being busy. The shift manager James Pirkle was there running the front counter and the drive-thru, with a lady in the kitchen dropping food on the line. James had the most genuine disposition, answered all of our questions, and was cheerful, polite, and informative. He explained that my husband’s chicken criossan’wich was cook-to-order and would take about 4 minutes. We actually only waited 1 minute because the lady heard our order and dropped the chicken in the fryer. My husband and I travel alot and eat out quite frequently. I have to say, James gave the best service we have had in a very long time- especially in the fast food industry! The service was fast (shout out to the cook! ❤️), the dinning area was clean, and the food was hot & fresh. I had to give a 5-star review.

Eating at Burger King today. Actually my wife’s favorite. I tried to order the new fiery chicken, bacon sandwich and mistakenly ordered the wrong fiery sandwich. The manager explained to me what I did wrong and was quick to help me rectify the situation and got me the sandwich I wanted even after I paid for the other one! Now that’s customer service! Old school customer service that is. Assist you with your issue and help keep you satisfied. We need more people like him. I’ll be back!

This place has been going down hill for years. My teenage son’s wanted byrger king for lunch. They wanted to get the SpongeBob meal. They waited in line to order forever because they were paying with cash, God forbid you use cash to pay for anything these days. Anyway, they charged them for the SpongeBob meals and then were told after they paid they didn’t have, the boxes, the tater tots or the pie. ?!??! WHAT WAS THE POINT THEN? My 13 year old pointed out they had a stack of boxes on the shelf and took a picture of it. Th3 lady behind the counter snapped at him and told him he needed to take his food and leave he couldn’t take anymore pictures, even though all he was doing was tryingvto show then they had the boxes they were asking for. Not to mention 48 dollars and some change for lunch for 3 people?!?!?! I don’t think so, my money that I work hard for will be better spent somewhere else.

So the other night me and my hubby decided to get some food out since we didn’t feel like cooking after all that I had to do, traveling for so long and not getting back home till late. We went to the local (Winder GA) location, and I had pre-ordered everything you see on the receipt in the pictures. Not ONLY did the app not update us that the ice cream machine was down by a certain time (which I don’t understand why ANY fastfood doesn’t have set times on their websites or listings showing the up-time & down-time). So, not only did the person at the window try to give me just one slice of pie to make up for the shake; the pies were melting. The food was gross the mayo was old (you can see by the picture), & we ordered bacon on most of our wraps, didn’t get bacon. The whoppers were literally covered thick in the “old” mayo. There was only half fries in our containers (making them small fries not medium), & they were so cold, they were stale! It was gross, we couldn’t eat the food that we paid for. I really want a refund, but that’s not gonna happen since we were just too tired and threw it away. But here’s the results of our mistake ordering from the local BK.

I have eaten at this location many times as I have lived in Winder for over 20 years. Never have I had any major problems until this morning. I could have left a 1 star but the staff at the drive through was fine and the 2 meals for my kids were fine…. almost. My food however was disgusting. The problem with my food was everything. Over cooked and the egg looked like leftover egg off the counter. Like I said, my kids food was fine but they both ordered pancakes and they did not include syrup. So I call there to inform them that we had no syrup and the employee laughed at me. This plus my nasty waffle sandwich is enough for me to cross them off my list of places I will eat. I am including a picture of what they advertise and what I actually got. I did take one bite before throwing it in the trash. It was not edible.

I placed a mobile order at Burger King this morning, ordered sausage burrito jr(no cheese) and it clearly had it on there. Instead of making me a fresh one, the cheese was scraped off which is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I asked for a Oreo milk shake for my 5 year old daughter (it’s her birthday) and the lady said no because it will take too long to make. Well take it off the menu then Burger King!!! The lady was rude and was making nasty ugly faces while she talked rudely. Claiming she’s the only one working. Which isn’t the customers fault that they didn’t hire more people for that shift. I’m tired of people picking jobs that they don’t want to work then taking it on other people. I will never give this location my money ever again! Also she didn’t put lettuce on my double whopper. She put a 3 centimeter piece of lettuce on there. And 1 slice of cheese. I added my own ketchup from my refrigerator because she didn’t put any on the burgers. it was the driest burger I ever had on my life.

I’m really disappointed that I paid for a large order on the mobile app for the correct location and when I showed up to pick up my order the person in the drive thru 1. Could not get our name right and 2. Could not find the order. They said there were no mobile orders. I placed it for the right address. And I paid for it. I ended up just going somewhere else because if this is how mobile orders go down why trust them with anything else? Also super upset with support as of course it’s not a real person so I can’t get a refund for my large order that I never received for 24-48 hours.
