Normally I love getting pizza at this location. Has always been great pizza and friendly workers. However had bad experience with my oreder last Sunday the 22nd. Had placed my order online. When I came in to pick uo my order one pizza was perfect. However second had a topping I had specifically said to take off. Receipt even showed that. They offered to remove the topping. I asked them to remake it since it is an allergy issue. So they made it again, this time putting wrong sauce on. When I questioned the girl on it, she got pissed. Grabbed pizza and grabbed with aggression. Stormed away. So now on the 3rd attempt they finally got it right. Keep in mind receipt clearly showed my order. I was so disappointed. Like I said normally so good. Then when I cooked the pizza it didn’t have the flavor that is always has had. Left a bad taste in mouth.

I ordered pizza online and choose to pay at the location. When I got there 15 plus people were standing in the lobby waiting for their pizza. During the 60+ minutes I watched and waited multiple customers berated your staff members for the delay. I understand how hard it is to find help these days but as a franchise owner you need to provide better staffing and the opportunity for your young manager on duty to request additional support at any moment. The stress these team members went through is absolutely unacceptable .

We have been coming to this Papa Murphys for years. We have never had any problem with our order until tonight.
I ordered pizza with a 5:55 pickup. My husband was told when he arrived, just before 6, they were going to get started on our order. He was still waiting at 6:30 for them to begin our pizzas. They were not able to complete our order as requested because they had run out of ingredients. People came in, ordered pizzas and had their pizzas made and out the door while my husband waited!
I’m not sure what happened tonight but we won’t be back! Totally unacceptable to take
1-1/2 hours to get to our order.

Terrible service!! The last FOUR times we have gone there, the pizzas were not ready and we had to wait 20-40 mins each time for them to make them. All while they help customers who didn’t place an order online and send the with their pizzas while not starting our order. This location use to be great. I’m not sure what changed but we will not be going back again.

Usually good svc but has a gal mgr I haven’t seen before. She Said walk in orders are priority YET online says call in and Internet orders are priority. Been waiting 30 min since we’ve arrived after calling in prior. If I didn’t pay I’d just leave!

This has always been our go to, starting to question that. The last 3 times, our order has been wrong. I don’t fault the young kids that work there, would be good to have someone that could make decisions. Tonight, ordered online as usual, we had 2 of our 3 pizzas ready when I arrived, it took another 45 minutes to get the 3rd done. Unacceptable

I made a call in order 5:15. I was told it’ll be 15 minutes. I came in at 6:11 was told my order isnt completed. I waited in the store thinking they will finish it. It was super busy so I was waiting gracefully. At 6:40 I got up to ask about the delay and only then a young man asked me what my order was. It turns out they had my order done all along and they just forgot about it being there.

We love coming to this location. Today when we went to pick up our pizza it wasn’t on their pick up rack. They apologized so many times, went above and beyond to make my experience a great one! The manager came out and apologized for my pizza not being on the rack, they have had a couple issues with people taking other peoples pizza. They felt so bad, whipped up new pizzas for us, then gave us a cinnamon wheel for the inconvenience. The whole team was amazing! We will coming to this location. It’s a little further from our house but so worth it! Thank you for the exceptional customer service! It’s so hard to come by anymore and we appreciate it more than I can say! I wish I would have gotten the names of all the people working tonight, but please I hope this review reaches their team. We came in between 6-6:30 on August 1st for reference. We’ll be back! Thank you!
