Chicken and swiss was well put together and fresh as it gets for fast food. Bun was a little burnt, but didn’t ruin it. Dining room area could use a tidying up.

Those poor employees were extremely understaffed and finally told people that they were not going to take any more orders, at 1:15 in the afternoon. It took almost 20 minutes for our food to come out after a 10 minute wait to order. Apologetic employees who were overwhelmed. Food came out hot. Note to families, they did not have a changing table in with bathrooms, unless I missed it, and I checked twice.

The dine in was closed due to shorter of employees, we ordered 3 meals and 2 kids meals, they told me to wait. When we received ur order it was not what we asking for, them the guy taked the order back and comeback whit missing meals, I did asked him for ketchup and napkins, and never brought it to me,was a nightmare. We never will back to the Burger King anymore

Delicious Oreo shake & enjoyed the chicken fries too. Service was great. Didn’t take long either going through drive. Chicken Fries were hot & the shake was cold like they should be. There are places to shop close by here too so you can get a bite to eat before shopping.

Unacceptably slow. I went through the drive-thru, ordered a whopper meal with no pickles. I was asked to pull ahead and wait. I must have waited 20-25 minutes before I got out of my car and went inside to see what was taking so long. I saw a guy bag up my order and then leave it in the burger bin and not run it out to me. I finally just asked someone to hand me my order and I left. Food was cold anyways and every employee looked like they had no clue what was going on. It was incredibly frustrating.

Disgusting! There is visible mouse poop in their dining room and their food sucks especially when it’s cold and so badly cooked. The manager is not very honest either. I asked for a replacement drink and he tried to pass it off by giving me the same one back. Shut this place down!

It’s so hit-or-miss here. They often do a good job making the orders correctly, but they lack manners and often take waaay too complete your order. We waited over 30 minutes for two combo orders and it wasn’t even particularly busy. The employees love to stand in circles and just gossip–I think I saw one, maybe two people actually working the kitchen while four others just stood around. Kinda ridiculous, at least try to look busy. Sometimes the staff members are locked in and you get your food in like, 10 minutes. It’s a shame, cuz I think BK food is better than most other fast food burger joints, but I have a hard time justifying gambling 45-60 minutes on FAST FOOD when I could just go to a proper restaurant.
