Small white dude with glasses has a smart mouth and disrespectful and incompetent. Acting like he doesn’t know how to add sprinkle to wings and taking about 8 minutes just to get one item right. It wouldn’t be that serious but because he was being a jerk and also threw the cup of lemon pepper sprinkle on the table at my wife. Also asked for marinara when i meant buffalo sauce then he said you inow marinara and buffalo are two different sauces with the most condescending tone and made another rude remark as i left so i called him out then he got quiet. Now we are kinda suspicious to even drink the milkshakes bc he made them himself ( just don’t trust him after the attitude and lying). Also the other employees laughing at his behavior which was very unprofessional and made us skeptical of the food quality and the moral integrity of the employees. His name was Artimas he said ( i think he lied idk).

Having visited the Indian Land location on a FRIDAY night, I must say this location is a perennial LOSER. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is the ABSOLUTE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, and the WAIT TIMES are RIDICULOUSLY long. Having waited 5-10 minutes at the drive through with not even a “we’ll be with you in a moment,” I opted to park and order inside. However, both entry doors were LOCKED. I then walked to the window and attempted to order. Staff said the “cafe” was closed (ON A FRIDAY NIGHT? REALLY?). I was also told that I would have to go back to the order mic to place an order, as they refused to take my order at the window. Several other customers walked up to the door to enter and were also met with locked doors.
If I was the franchisee, Id FIRE everyone working the window and train your employees in basic courtesy and business acumen. I’d also check my revenue numbers and try and understand why my doors are closed in a high volume night.
Overall, the POOREST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF ANY CHAIN IVE EVER VISITED.
I FEEL SORRY FOR THE OWNERSHIP AND THE BRAND. I WON’T BE BACK.

Wait time is ridiculously long, I checked my receipt and it was actually 30 minutes I waited for 3 things??? I started waiting by the counter around 10-15 minutes in and saw my chicken sandwich just sitting there getting cold. A worker asked what this was for and she said they were waiting on my chicken tenders. Those didn’t come out till 15 minutes later. It’s a Friday night and they can’t make food in a timely manner?!?! The tables were all dirty and there were no napkins anywhere. 0/10 worst zaxbys. Every other zaxbys I’ve been to can make food quickly it shouldn’t take 15 minutes for a few chicken tenders.

Just close already. The waits are ridiculous. Lobby is often closed, so if you order ahead, STILL have to wait in the long, slow line.
If you don’t have enough staff, close. Pay more to employees if you have to. Expect more too. Like showing up. One cook today. Food has been sitting there and gets cold. Just close if you can’t get or keep good people!
Also, tenders are the size of nuggets.

Went for dinner and was told they were out of chicken tenders after already ordering online. Pulled up to the intercom and waited about a minute before being greeted with “I’ll be with you in a moment” no worries, another 3 minutes pass an we get a very loud “HELLO” as if we were the ones taking to long to speak. Dude at the drive through sounded drunk or high and didn’t really seem to care. After we got to the window, we were told they were out of CHICKEN TENDERS, the biggest thing they advertise, plus it’s a chicken place. How are you out of chicken tenders. I’m assuming either the manager or another employee had an attitude when we asked for a refund for the order we wanted. Overall worst fast food and weirdest fast food experience ever

Ordered a salad and with not many customers there it took over ten minutes. Get salad and underneath all the healthy lettuce is nasty old lettuce that has already begun to turn. Having a crappy Zaxby’s nearby is temping but I’ve leaned my lesson now twice.

Waited 30 minutes in the line for them to give me old nasty food. Burnt toast. Nasty dry tenders. The smallest order of cheddar bites ever. No sauce. Wrong drink order. And left out the cookies for my kids meals. The food was uneditable. Even my kids gaged on it. And if I get food poisoning I won’t even be surprised because while eating my chicken tender I bit into something slimy and green. Honestly it’s ruined the whole chain for me.

Ordered a “kickin chicken”, received a 6 piece. Order took 20 minutes, for mushy unseasoned fries. Typically liked this establishment, but it’s going downhill. Not to mention the fact the drink machine doesn’t appear to be cleaned in the last 3 months.

This is the second time in a short period I’ve ordered a tender meal and they short you on the tenders. Ordered a 5 count and always end up with 4. Food is always lukewarm and drive thru always takes forever. Had a guy sitting in front of me in the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer the speaker.
