Absolutely love Panda Express! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served fast. The Orange Chicken is consistently crispy and delicious, and the portions are generous. Staff is friendly, efficient, and keeps the place clean and organized. Great option when you want quick, tasty Chinese food you can count on every time. Highly recommend!

As usual, nothing was ready and had to wait for over 30 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring out our food. I got fed up and went in only to find my food sitting in the corner.
Super inconsistent potions and veggie/meat ratios. Always understaffed.
Food is always slimy and overcooked. Easily the worst Panda Express I had the displeasure of frequenting. Im done with this location.

We had our family of 4 Valentines Day Lunch here and this was our First time eating Panda Express and it was great!! The steak was soooo tender I instantly fell In love.. I did put some teriyaki sauce over my steak and it enhanced the flavors so well!
-Place was clean (loved the Black owned window cleaner crew that was also there)
-Staff was friendly and nice
-Bathrooms were clean

I was not greeted, workers just stared at me until I finally issued a greeting & my order & after waiting almost “20 minutes” for Green Bean Chicken to come out, I found some type of plastic in my food, underneath my noodles, AFTER I had already started eating them, to say I’m very disgusted & upset would be a gross understatement!!!!!! UPDATE > When I was able to make it back in to this location a few days later, to discuss with a manager, I was told there was NO manager on-site, but that there would one in on Friday egging would have been 3 days later……I was so upset by all of this that I didn’t even think to do the online survey

We were instructed to park in Reserved Spot #1; however, the space had not been shoveled following the previous night’s snowstorm, so we parked in Spot #2 instead. After waiting more than 10 minutes for our order, we were given someone else’s food. I went inside to let the staff know, and the employee who brought the order out, Brielle, immediately responded by saying that when she asked if I had ordered two bowls, I did not answer. She had approached quickly and did not give us an opportunity to verify the order before handing it off.
It turned out that our food had been given to another customer parked elsewhere. I also noticed that the entrées I was originally told were unavailable were actually in stock, so I requested those items instead. When I attempted to provide feedback—specifically, that keeping the reserved parking spots clear of snow would help prevent mix-ups—Brielle spoke over me in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will no longer be visiting this location.

I don’t know why I came here after avoiding it for years. No improvement, the orange chicken smelled and tasted like pure vinegar. People who eat this stuff regularly I believe are either lying that they like it or have the taste buds of an American child

This Panda Express sucks, the costumer services is awful and the food is not as good as in other pandas. The rice is hard.the portions are super small I got the bigger plate and they only give me 4 little pieces of chicken and 4 shrimp. if you want a good panda I recommend go to the one in oak creek

Brought two bowls from panda and one was with white rice and broccoli with beef and they said its more broccoli then beef that’s how it comes but the other bowl had more chicken and it was fried rice and orange so basically the first bowl was just white rice and broccoli not a happy customer and at that being said they had no manager on sight for me to resolve the issue they said I would have to call Friday but I know the protocol of having the manager on site for issues like this in a fast food business
