This is our local chick fil a so we go all the time!
Today they accidentally miscounted our chicken nugget order and gave us an 8 count instead of 12 even when we paid for the 12 count. Nothing major but since we’re close by I called and see if I could stop by and get the rest of the chicken nuggets a they said sure no problem. When I got there I wanted to order a soup since its a rainh day and to make the trip worth it. The man that took my order and helped correct it gave me my soup, a cookie, some fries, and a whole new chicken nugget order on the house for the trouble.The customer service is the reason why my familt and I keep going back! They have amazing employees and management that truly care about their customers! Thank you so much chick fil a!

UPDATE: Ended up here out of necessity. Grabbed a chicken biscuit and what you see below is what I got. It may as well have been a chicken nugget on a dinner roll. It was that tiny.

If you haven’t been here, spare yourself. You can’t see the line from where you order so there’s no warning that 10 cars ahead. They’re moving slowly. Stopped here for lunch 12 minutes later. Still waiting on my order and I’m not even at the front yet. I won’t make this mistake again.

This is hands down the most consistent Chick-fil-A location I’ve been to. I come here often for lunch, and despite how busy the line looks, it always moves incredibly fast. The staff is genuinely friendly, and my order is always accurate and hot. It’s rare to find a place this reliable these days.

Winter to buy the children food see the problem is that my son doesn’t eat chicken so when I ask them if they can make me a grilled cheese? the man said he would put it in the notes, he knew they could be made. When we got our food I asked where was the grilled cheese and they said oh there aren’t no grilled cheese here!! I replied that it’s in the notes… It took the worker and a manager to figure out how to make your grilled cheese. But when we got this grilled cheese it was really only a bun and a piece of cheese not grilled not toasted. I guess the best part of that was they only charge me 75 cents extra. Now that I don’t like the food but I’m just probably won’t be back there anytime soon.

I asked for no bacon, got bacon anyway. I asked for creamy salsa dressing, got avocado lime ranch, I was also given grilled nuggs, which I didn’t want, but this location messes up often. My mom got gypped for $10 at the register. Gave the cashier $40, but she rang up $30.

No way to get in touch with owner/operator Amber Thomas. Gal at register took order for 1 milkshake and 1 ice cream cone but did not fulfill order. Waited 13 minutes and no one else was around ordering- just door dash people picking up. When I went to ask about my order Pierre started to make the milkshake. He was about to add whipped cream and I said No loudly since I ordered it no whip no cherry. He told me to stop yelling at him. Oh okay because I just saved you from throwing away an incorrect order. He then continued to argue with me over this milkshake I waited 13 minutes for.
I asked another employee ( Lauryn) who the manager was and could I speak to them and she said “I’m on break”. My husband went to find out who the manager was and why Pierre was rude to me and Pierre said he was the manager in charge.
Well manager in charge was rude and argumentative with the customer. Lauryn couldn’t be bothered to answer a customer question. No one went to any of the four tables with customers and asked if they needed anything which is very in customary from other chic fil restaurants I’ve been to.
Waiting 13 minutes for an ice cream and a milkshake is ridiculous and some of these workers need customer care training lastly, give your customers napkins with their orders or have some out in the dining area.

What a customer service one year apart from Hero 5 to Zero 0 and the attitude. Waiting on pick up area for exactly 12 minutes from the time I checked in am inside and nothing no action and no care until I asked the manager with the braids working in your orders is on the second screen and waited still zero action focus on the drive through and three customers already came in to the cashier ordered and received their order. I ended up asking for my money back first ever in a fast food asking for money back

review somehow 2 of 4 sandwiches missing tomatoes. Took video of employees behind the counter all over the places….

Not offering Military discount policy as a market explained to me by the Boss Lady herself Miss Amber. Hopefully corporate change the policy. Otherwise amazing service.

This place is a joke, mostly because of the manager (Katy and her little minion.(Latina girl long hair, jacket with angel wings and jeans not sure if she was an employee because she wasn’t dressed like an employee). Not only was my order wrong, missing fries but when I brought it up, the manager (Katy) had the nerve to act like it was my husband’s fault. No apology, no fix, just attitude. Not only that, she had to nerve to question his name which was Mohamed(which was not correct on the receipt) You ask for the name or receipt look for the order and that’s it. Don’t cause a scene which exactly what happened over some fries. She practically was holding the fries back from giving it to my husband and then has the nerve to tell my husband let’s talk. Talk about what, we just wanted our fries that we paid for but no, it ended up in an argument.
If you’re going to run a fast food spot, maybe start by learning how to talk to people without being rude, defensive, or completely useless. The owner of the facility clearly doesn’t care about customers or the employees doing their job right because they hired an unprofessional, inhuman and flat out disgusting person. Pathetic leadership, and it shows in the way the whole staff acts. Let me rephrase that not the whole staff because some of the staff was professional. Maybe Amber should look into switching some of the employees roles because Katy deserves to be in the back making the chicken because she is definitely not the face of Chick-fil-A or even work there. Chick-fil-A has standards and has a reputation for top notch customer service and Katherine N. and her side kick has the attitude fit for a rally’s or a jack n the box not Chick-fil-A.
Get someone in charge who actually knows what they’re doing.

Corporate will be notified as well.

One of the most unorganized chick fil a’s I’ve ever been to and the attitude of the employees was insane. No smiles from any of them, they all seem miserable and no sense of urgency with the longest, slowest moving drive thru. It for sure gave me McDonald’s vibes :(. Also, what’s the point of the mobile order if you’re still going to be in the same long line as everyone else placing orders. Not convenient, very slow, not pleasant, not recommended. Store director needs to work on this ASAP

I experienced the worst customer service at this location. After ordering our meals, the staff forgot to include the fries we had paid for. When I returned just a few minutes later—only four minutes after receiving the order—I was not given an apology or the missing items. Instead, the staff lectured me on why I should have come back immediately. To make matters worse, we were treated disrespectfully and told to leave the store.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be blamed for mistakes made by the staff, nor treated with such disrespect. I will not be returning to this location, and I am genuinely concerned about how someone with such poor customer service skills was hired to represent your business.
