Ordered the family deal and the food tasted fine, but the portions were disappointing. The containers were about half full, and there’s no way it feeds 4–6 people like advertised more like 3. Needs better portion consistency for the price.

Multiple times that myself and another friend have been to this location, they’re either completely out of steak or the steak is extremely dry. On top of that, they’re consistently low on other protein options as well. This seems to be an ongoing issue not just here, but across many Chipotle locations.
In my opinion, it’s better to have extra meat left over at closing than to be short 45 minutes to an hour before closing. I understand running out 10 minutes before close — not nearly an hour. Very frustrating experience, especially when you’re paying premium prices. Chipotle needs to do better with inventory and consistency.

Okay. First of all, we ordered online to pick up in 10 minutes. We got there. Our food was not done. Actually, my husband’s burrito was sitting on that to go counter, just open just sitting there, not even being work done, just the meat, and the fajita vegetables were on it. Nothing else just sitting there getting dry. Then, I stood there for 15 minutes before they finished our order. My husband had a little soup of meat. He couldn’t even eat his whole burrito because he didn’t have enough meat in it. And I got a burrito bowl, and my last bit of my burrito bowl is all rice. That’s it. There’s no more meat, there’s no nothing. It had so little meat in it that it’s just it. It was the worst I never got greeted. No one ever said thank you to me when I was leaving. They handed me the bag and pushed me out. Basically it was the worst ever we’re probably down with chipotle

For the last couple times, i’ve been here to order some food, the service has been really poorly and disappointing (im a regular costumer, i go about two times a week) my bowls come almost empty! I’m paying about $17 for my bowl to come empty???
As of today 1/5/25 as I was ordering, two bowls (which both of them were very poor on food) and a burrito, my burrito was wrapped poorly, VERY, and they knew it, just didn’t cared about it, so I ordered an extra tortilla, to what the cashier got upset about.

Been to many chipotle’s over the years and this one is by far the worst for portions. Tiny scoops of rice, meat and beans. When you are paying these prices you need to give adequate portions and quit being so darn cheap.

I placed an online order for pick up only to have my food made incorrectly. I noticed it after I got home and had to turn around and go back to the store to fix my bowl. Back in college, I worked at a chipotle and made sure to double check what the customer was requesting rather than rush through making orders, even if it was extremely busy. At least the person who remade my bowl was very nice and apologetic.
