Not only did I find METAL in my hush puppies, they literally argued about giving me the 4.95$ back for the full order of the metal infested food and my drink. I actually had to bring the drink back inside for the rest of the money. You think that if somebody bit into metal in the food they are serving, they would want to refund the full amount of the order. Especially a small one. But I guess this one has such bad customer service, they can’t afford to have a 4.95$ loss.
I don’t understand how stupid and negligent people have to be to let things like this happen. This is the worst ran fast food establishment I have ever been to.

I was in the drive thru and waited so long my car shut off. I then parked and went inside. I was the only one at the counter & it still took 5 minutes to get waited on. Not only that, THE FISH IS NOW THE SAME SIZE AS THE CHICKEN STRIPS! Check for sauces! They forget half the time.

Really annoyed. I had to pull forward. Waited 10 minutes. Cold fries. No sauce when I asked for sauce. I paid enough for this food I should at least get the sauce I asked for. Disappointing! One bite of chicken and it came apart from the breading. Zero crunchies.

I drove through and picked up a fish and more meal. The price has increased significantly from the last time I was there. I will probably discontinue frequenting. This is fast food fish, making it over priced in my opinion.

paid over $9 for 3 pieces of chicken at the morgan ave store and received 2 pieces of chicken maybe 3 inches long and a nugget!! when i asked the cook to at least exchange the nugget for a different piece of chicken, i was told, “no my manager said i can’t do that. we got a new distributor and thats what the chicken looks like now.” the girl that rang me up was very nice and polite, but the cook was hateful and rude. the chicken was rubbery and over cooked so badly that i couldn’t eat it. total waste of my money. i definitely do NOT reccomend this store.

I don’t eat here often but today I went through the drive thru on my way home from work. I got through in a timely manner and the girl at the window was nice. But I got home and opened my food and there is barely any food to cover the bottom of the container. I ordered a rice bowl and the picture made it look so good.. but in a comparison.. you can see in the pics. Definitely wasn’t 12 bucks worth of food in this. First pic of what the menu showed and the other 2 pics are of what they gave me. And I haven’t even taken the lid off the container yet. ….
Now I’m continuing this review now that I have tasted the food.. NO.. the rice doesn’t even taste like they cooked it. It’s so hard I can’t even chew it, it brakes when I tried. I just had to throw it all away. WOW never again.
