How can you say this is a loaded sandwich? The sandwich that I received doesn’t look anything like the picture on the menu. Arby’s definitely didn’t have the meat on this one.

Got three honey mustard chicken wraps didn’t think nothing of it at the the time. Till know sitting here throwing it up. The chicken was raw it was chewy and spongy I didn’t think nothing about it I was hungry. Don’t eat here unless you ready to have food poison

Sunday Nov 23-25.Service was super slow.Only 2 people in dining room.2 customers came in after us and they waited so long they got a refund and let.Got home and started feeling sick to my stomach. Will not go back.

After 20 minutes of sitting inside for our food, I went to the counter. .no one at counter. ..finally yelled back to get someone’s attention and they said oh, we were wondering whose sandwiches those were. They still had to make our fries…five more minutes. My husband was ready to get our money back. Good luck! My order was wrong as well

Fresh sandwiches and fries. The milkshakes are the best tasting I’ve had from any fast food places Milkshakes get a 10 star. All Arby’s have the best Milkshakes ever.

Terrible!! I love ARBYs.. but, the girl who I assume was supposed to be cashiering was outside talking to friends. Went inside and had to wait for a cook to take my order. Trash cans inside over flowing.. dining room and absolute mess..empty napkin bins and straw bins.. supplies all over the order counter.. this was not a good dining experience.

No fast food would get five stars from me, but Arby’s has good food for a reasonable price. So many of the other fast food chains have recently raised their prices beyond reasonable, certainly beyond the quality of their food. Arby’s still has the best food for the best price.

We haven’t ate here in almost a year, but gave them a try last weekend and what an improvement! Last year the beef was sliced thick and tasted funny, but the folks working last Saturday night must’ve been trained right, the meat was shaved thin and tasted very good! The two guys at the window was very friendly and polite, they had no problem adding to our order at the window. So nice to see the younger generation actually working, and trying to do a job well done, because we’ve experienced a lot of kids that have been rude, and not doing their job at all. It was the same crew working when I went back during the week and the food was excellent! The fries was hot and fresh the 1st time, but not the second time, and only filled about half full, so the curly fries can be a hit or miss, but the sandwiches was awesome!
