Nice and engaging baristas, only thing was they don’t really ask for napkins and a straw which I think is pretty important. Drinks are very tasty and made with quality portions. Today I ordered a venti refresher and said light ice but somehow ended up with 75% ice, just needs more attention to customer needs and practicality.

For 6 bucks, my cup should be full and delicious. Today it was neither. I was the first person in the drive thru, not sure why it took so long…no explanation. Drink was missing a couple of inches. Also not sweet like it should be…not complex…white chocolate mocha. Right off the menu so they “can’t” mess it up. Guess I will choke it down since I need my caffeine.

I go to starbucks every morning.. I AVOID this one like covid ( I usually go out of my way not to go to this one )!!! Today I went because it was closest to me… I put in my mobile order, pull up to the speaker and the lady says sorry we are not opening now, we just got here.. I told her I put in a mobile order and she said contact the app the will refund you… which is not true!! So I did not get my drink or my refund..
