Tried the new $3 luxe meals today …… I was so disappointed wasn’t worth the money even at these prices. Mini taco salad had NO seasoned beef or chipotle sauce just beans, lettuce & tomatoes very bland no taste!!! Avocado chicken ranch staker tortilla was so tuff it was hard to bit just ripped pieces and the chicken well you needed a microscope to find it !!! so you are left with eating just lettuce, tomatoes & sauce ….. I will say the chips and nacho supreme dip was AWESOME !!!

Oakdale Taco Bell has gotten terrible. Forgets at least one food item almost every time we have gone. The quality of the food is the worst part. Never good portions specifically meat wise. They have like 2-3 good employees(don’t know their names). But if you are going to go at least avoid dinner time that seems to be when the staff just don’t care. Also 45$ for a family of 3 we will be getting the family dinner from house of beef from now on it’s the same dang price!

I know this is now the norm but I don’t like being forced to order from a digital kiosk. fod was perfect. there was a particularly nice person that prepared my food. she was very friendly and helpful. aside from this, just the normal TB experience.

This is the third time this month they messed up on my order. The manager Alex was rude, there was two people that had complaints in line before me and one after me that they messed up on the order. We’re waiting longer than 15 minutes for simple burritos and tacos, one of them said that he wanted his money back and when I said something to the manager about the complaints she said “if they’re hungry they can wait people wait a lot longer and she and didn’t care, they can wait or go someplace else.
My previous review when Dunya was the manager was 5 stars. Since then other businesses in the area have been complaining about the service as well

Paid $1.20 for two cheeses that are filled less than halfway… If they’re going to charge for cheese, they should actually fill the container.
EDIT: DO NOT ASK OR PAY FOR EXTRAS (more cheese – or chipotle sauce in burrito) they will charge you and won’t fulfill your request. I got two cheeses basically empty. Disappointing EVERY TIME.

Very disappointed in this Taco bell. My daughter and I came inside and ordered a few items. Come to find out they no longer had what we ordered but the cashier NEVER correctly told us and we ended up with the wrong order. I asked for a refund. Later in the evening we decided to get a loaded nacho box. The nachos had barely had any meat or cheese… very disappointing. I will NOT be returning to this Taco bell.

Well, all chain restaurants are pretty much the same. However I found this place to be easy to find and in a great location. I was happy to find this place when every other dining location was already closed at 8 PM. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent. Definitely stopping here again when I am back in this area.

The staff is usually very friendly and polite but they tend to forget items from your order. I usually park and check everything before I leave because more than once I’ve had to run back in because they forgot to include the sauce or drink..they are always very apologetic about it. Last time I was there i had to wait a little longer then normal because the girl said and I quote, “I accidentally dropped your flatbread on the floor so were remaking that right now” lol
