Came here really late at night and met Anthony who attended to us right before the store was closing. He was super helpful and patient while we took forever to order. He Cleaned the store while we were deciding on our order and was very accommodating to the other guests nearby. Thank you all!

Wingstop was amazing! The wings were fresh, crispy, and full of flavor Lemon Pepper and Mango Habanero were perfect. Fries came out hot and seasoned just right. But what really stood out was Tee, the worker

We had a great experience at the Wingstop in Pelham, NY. The service was impressively fast, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of from the moment we walked in. The store was spotless, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional.

You could tell the team takes pride in what they do, and it really made our visit that much better. The food came out hot and fresh, and everything was delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back to order more—this spot has earned a return visit for sure!

I just want to take a moment to say how truly helpful and kind this man was to everyone in the store. From the moment I walked in, he was already going out of his way to make sure every customer was taken care of with a smile on his face and a great attitude. You could tell he genuinely cared not just about doing his job, but about making people feel seen and respected.

What really stood out was how he handled helping disabled customers. There was no hesitation, no complaining just pure kindness and willingness. He went above and beyond, doing things others might try to avoid. And he did it with humility, patience, and professionalism. That says a lot about someone’s character.

This guy is doing an excellent job and truly deserves everything good coming his way. Honestly, I wish I could personally hand him some money as a thank you. Instead, I hope this review helps bring attention to how valuable he is. I speak not just for myself, but for most of the customers who’ve seen how hard he works. He needs a raise. He’s not just good at his job he makes the place better for everyone.

As long as he works here I will always be visiting for food hope management sees this

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the breading and meat were so tough that even my two-year-old had a hard time eating it. It should not be that difficult to bite into, especially from a restaurant known for chicken.

On top of that, since the soda machine was not working, my group was given cans while I noticed other customers received bottles. That inconsistency felt unfair and added to the negative experience.

Overall, the food quality and service left a lot to be desired. I hope management addresses both the preparation of the chicken and consistency in how customers are treated when equipment isn’t working.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Wingstop location.
1.    I ordered online and came 10 minutes after the time they said my order would be ready. At that point, my food should have already been prepared and waiting.
2.    Instead of simply giving me my order, one of the workers told me she would bring it out to my car when it was ready.
3.    I trusted her word, waited nearly 30 minutes in my car, and finally went back inside, only to be told my food had been sitting there almost the entire time.
4.    So why did the employee make that promise, fail to follow through, and let my food sit until it went from hot and fresh to barely warm? Why didn’t anyone step outside to call me, or at least call my name loudly enough for someone sitting right outside with their windows down to hear?

This was careless, unprofessional, and dismissive of my time, especially after a long workday. I don’t expect to be played with when I’m spending my money here. I left with food that was far from the quality I paid for, and the entire experience felt like my order was simply forgotten about.

If staff can’t keep their word or maintain basic communication with customers, it shows a serious gap in training and accountability. I expect Wingstop to address this issue immediately, because no customer should be treated this way.

I was told by the manager that they do not take orders after 11:30pm, when there’s no sign displayed at this location vividly reinforcing their claim. Was this rule made by the corporate office or was it made by the franchise owner? Once a customer enters your place of service before the alloted closing time, they should be served! This is a display of poor customer service and negligence. This unwanted display will hurt the franchise at this location in the long run.

I placed my order on Uber Eats for delivery, after placing my order I called the store to confirm my order spoke with the manager Jacob to let me know anytime I’ve ever ordered from there something was always missing. But Jacob assured me that my order would be processed as I placed it, and he did deliver as promised everything was delivered nothing was missing from my order.
