I normally get a ham slider for lunch, 1 person gives me 2 slices of meat while this one today gave 1 slice of meat. The bread was too hard and there was too much sauce. The lady didn’t say hello until I said hello to her. If there wasn’t a line and I already wasted a lot of my lunch waiting for a customer ahead of me with 2 items. I was not happy at all. And she was just complaining about her working a split shift yesterday and as soon as the next person came in she was leaving early. When your slider is cut it should be at a correct size. Not just guessing the right cut. My slider was 2″, I measured. Not being picky, but have lots of issues here.

Where do I even start…we have attempted to order food there a handful of times with absolutely horrible luck every time. Either they are taking the garbage out and you are told
you have to wait at least a half hour to be served, or they are out of everything except pepperoni and bread, or the line is super long because they only have one very rude and incompetent employee there, or there is no employee within shouting distance. Possibly in the back hiding. Worst subway I’ve ever been to and I highly suggest taking the little bit of extra time to go to the one around the corner on Vienna rd. I would give negative stars if I could!!!!!

I ordered the featured footlong special. The lady made the sub and toasted it. She then told it came with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. I told her the vegetables were fine but I didnt want mayo. I would prefer vinegar snd oil. She said she could not delete or add anything to the sub. I asked to just leave the mayo off I would add my own dressing at home. She said she couldn’t delete anything because it was a special. Since I hadn’t paid yet, I told her she could add the mayo and eat it herself and left. Obviously not a highly intelligent person

Had to give at least 1 star, wish I didn’t have to.
Was just in trying to order a cookie for my grandson. ( he received a coupon for a free cookie) apparently the coupon cannot be used at this location. Completely
understandable .. I then told her ok but we still need 3 cookies. As I was getting the money out to pay she walked away and waited on someone behind us. Excuse me… We were still in line and did I did not appreciate being ignored . I like subway but maybe they should spend sometime training for customer service. This happened at 4:30 at Subway in the Clio Walmart….this wasn’t the first time. This was a 3rd time for bad customer service.

Worker made us wait 5-10 min while she finished filling her drink. Then we proceeded to order a foot long split she told us we would have to pay for two separate 6 inches. I managed a subway long ago and I have been going and ordering the same thing for almost 20 years and never been told this. I walked away and won’t spend my money here ever again!!!!

Between 3 workers, no one could figure out what meat is supposed to go on a cold cut combo. They just put bologna on my sandwich. no ham or salami. The worker took about 15 minute to make 2 subs for us. I am usually not one to fuss about things like this. However, I expect the people employed by subway to at least know what they’re doing. Especially when I am paying over $20 for 2 subs.
