Kicking off Dive Bar December with a first time visit and we were not disappointed. The hamburger steak with sides of mashed potatoes, corn and biscuit was perfect comfort food for a cold December evening. The wings and cheeseburger were solid choices. Service was friendly and attentive, and we even had a nice chat with the owner.

We met 2 other couples for a birthday dinner. It’s no smoking in the dining room but the bar allows. All of the servers are great , personal and friendly. I had suicide wings and were dish. So many variations of sauces and dry rubs. Ice cold drafts and the beef sandwiches are killer good and tender. Ordered side of fries and 2 of us couldn’t finish. Parking is on the street and if you have to, rear parking lot but about 20 steps to get to the front door. First time and will definitely be back.. real comfy plain. Wear jeans.

I haven’t tried much of the menu past the wings. But the wings. . . absolutely perfect! I eat out solely for the reason of treating myself to a good meal that I don’t have to prepare myself. But I don’t think I can easily replicate the results that come out of this kitchen and the value for what you get doesn’t encourage me to try.

This is hands down my favorite local bar! I personally love it because from the time you walk in to the time you leave you always feel welcomed. They have some really great food, my favorite is the French Dip. Wings there are great! The bartenders do a great job with your drinks. They have skills machines! They have two sides of this establishment, one side is dining room only which is kid friendly and then there is a bar side. This place will always be my go to! I’ve never had a bad time here or one bad experience. The owners and the staff work very well together and make this place a little gem in York Haven.

Heard about this place a few times and we popped in while in town and it didn’t disappoint. The service was great, staff couldn’t of been friendlier. All the food we had was great, definitely recommend the wings and fresh cut fries. Definitely would stop back again when in town.

We like most everything we’ve ate there so far. Didn’t care for the taco meat. It did not taste like fresh ground beef. Kinda dry also. But that’s just my opinion, everything else we have eaten was great.

I had gotten recommended to try the wings here by a Facebook group where I have tried 6 different restaurants in the area for wings. None of the recommendations have I been disappointed by other than here. The wings were not crispy, the chicken itself was dry, tasted old. The sauces itself were underwhelming, we ordered hot garlic parm and there was no Parmesan. The hot ranch was better. I bought 12 wings, had three wings before I was too grossed out.
My husband had the French dip sandwich and it was essentially just meat with cheese on white bread. Not much flavor. There was also one server working a 10 table room on a Saturday.

The dining area was empty and we were seated and served right away. The mushroom swiss burger was great and came with chips. A separate entree are fries with old bay seasoning. They were great and the portions were enough for several people. Prices were reasonable. The bathrooms are difficult to find and located in an area that appears to be for employees.
