10/10 experience! Went here for brunch with my fiancé and it was such a great visit. I’ve been coming here for years and its always great but this visit was the best.
All the food was excellent, everything was delicious. They have a good variety of items in the menu with some unique picks to choose from. Everything was very well balanced. Nothing was overly sweet or underseasoned, and it was cooked and presented really well. I would say the best part of the visit was the service though.
We were grateful to have Sarah take care of us and she was wonderful. So sweet and friendly, very attentive, and every suggestion she gave us about menu items enhanced them and made them even better. Such a gem . Thank you Sarah and thank you Quadrant, we can’t wait to come back!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this coffee shop. From the outside, it looks really cute, and the interior atmosphere is adorable with books and a nice, chill vibe. However, the coffee itself was not good. It tasted watered down, and although we ordered a latte, what we received was essentially just an iced coffee. The flavors were also lacking.
The setup is mostly self-serve, aside from the coffee, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. There were no labels on the cups, which added to the confusion. While the service was fairly quick for a Saturday morning, the overall experience fell short. We didn’t try the food, but based on the coffee alone, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return.

Yummy cubano and love the atmosphere of a cozy book with a warm cup of coffee. Hot sauces were a nice touch. Felt super welcomed.

This is a very special place in the area. Where else can one receive delicious food, books, warm and welcoming service. Met my girlfriends for brunch and it was exactly how you would picture a book store cafe. The atmosphere was perfect, our waitress was so sweet and so patient with all our questions. The iced creme brulee coffee was phenomenal. 10/10

We loved the food, service, and atmosphere here. Surrounded by old architecture and books you’ll find a few rooms for dining or coffee. The food was very good, the service was friendly and helpful, and the shop was clean and tidy. And you can peruse the shelves of unique books while you sip coffee or wait for eats!
