If the manager would have taken accountability for the dog food served to me and my toddlers and at least apologize, then I would have left at least 3 stars. But the manager had the nerve to look me in my face and tell me my pizza was not burnt. To top if off, I ordered EXTRA marinara sauce on both pizzas and received NO sauce on my pizzas. There’s whipping cream at the bottom of the creamy sauceless pasta. That parmesan cheese sprinkled on top is from my fridge. Yall should be ashamed and need to train that tall guy in the back that overcooks food and forgets the sauce EVERY TIME. This happens every single time I order when he’s working. I’m not the only review saying this about yall pizza.

I walked in and the door slammed right behind me. I asked for a big new Yorker and was asked for my phone number I said 000-000-0000 because I dont like giving my info to corporations and was told they needed my actual phone number. I asked for the manager and the woman simply pointed to her name tag. I pulled out a $20 and put it on the counter and she said that didn’t matter. So I left. I guess pizza hut gets more from selling your information than actually selling pizzas. Crazy talk if you ask me. I’m assuming money doesn’t talk anymore. Id give 0 stars if I could but thats not an option. I came in at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday if corporate was wondering… so sad.

I’m extremely disappointed. I finally decide to eat pizza and it was dry as hell. I requested extra sauce and they proceeded to put no sauce on the pizza. It almost seem intentional!!! Horrible!!!

Extremely poor service. I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior. Service is consistently slow, and this location clearly suffers from staffing issues. Desperate hiring has resulted in a level of service no customer should have to endure.

I placed an order at 7:13, and I’m still waiting. They admitted it was their mistake. The service has been terrible. The employees even started arguing among themselves. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely terrible location. I thought this was a better location compared to the Kirkman location in front of walmart. Boy was I wrong, Sad to say i ordered from them a few times. Everytime an item was missing. Either breadstick, wings, AND/or Drinks. EVERYTIME!
I am currently at 1hr 45mins on hold with my first phone and 47 mins on my other phone ON HOLD waiting for the so called “manager”.
1hr 57mins! Got a manager to answer! Thanks to the manager John. Hes going to send out my missing item! 2 hours after the fact!
I’ll never order from this place again and go to the one on kirkman. I may almost got into a fist fight there but at least they got my order right…

this place is absolute dog water…they delivered my roof out on the sidewalk and I’m assuming someone must’ve stolen my food becausei never found it…thats assuming they even delivered it and didn’t just scam me out right. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Spent 40 mins on the phone with the most useless employee just to get a refund.

I ordered at 10:19pm, I called because the oder went to the wrong store, the employee said she’s canceling the order, put me on hold for over 40 minutes, never came back to the phone. I never got them back on the phone.

I was very impressed by the service at this location. I made a large order at 10:30pm and not only was it ready in fifteen minutes but it was all made correctly and looked great. I’m from out of town so I didn’t know what kind of quality I would be receiving but the crew at this Pizza Hut was top notch. I really appreciate you guys. I’ve worked in Pizza Hut management for six years and I would be proud if more crews delivered service like you guys. You never know who’s gonna walk thru that door! Great job! Champs Cheer!
