The food was really good! We ordered the truffle chicken and it was by far the best rotisserie chicken I’ve ever had. The meat was incredibly tender, and the truffle flavor was rich and delicious. The service was great. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for a date night or a night out with friends. I’ll definitely be going back! 🙂

I can confidently say this restaurant is going to become a hot spot very soon. I originally came here after hearing it was a Mediterranean-inspired fine dining restaurant, and the first pleasant surprise was the huge parking lot, which made parking extremely easy.
The food was absolutely incredible—honestly beyond expectations. Everything we tried was excellent, but a few dishes truly stood out. After speaking with the owner-chef, I learned that the chicken is dry-aged for three days, and it was unbelievably tender, almost tofu-like in texture. The fish dish was perfectly balanced in flavor, and the vegetables were cooked to absolute perfection. The truffle mushroom pasta is a must-order—skipping it would be a mistake.
From the food to the atmosphere and the service, everything was top-notch. I would love to bring my team here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to take their girlfriend or for a special night out.

There’s lots of big seating, so better for large parties and a private room. We tried a couple rotisseries and the truffle chicken was really, really good. Cooked perfectly and a light sweet flavor that went well with the fries. Love!

The restaurant has been open for 2 days, so it was unfortunately quite empty.
Chicken was great, we had the truffle and the harissa( pref truffle)
Tomato bread was excellent, ricotta was super smooth.
Cocktails were well made, booze forward, flavorful.
I hope it takes off, it’d be nice to come back and see it full.

I came across this place while looking for a date. The chicken melted in my mouth after 3 days of process, and the truffle pasta was the best I’ve ever eaten The atmosphere and music were all perfect. I want to visit again on the anniversary!!!!

Thermia is such a great new addition to Providence. Parking was surprisingly easy, which already made the night start off right. Inside, the atmosphere feels warm and relaxed—stylish without trying too hard, perfect for a date or an easy dinner with friends. The rotisserie chicken was incredibly juicy with crisp skin, and the mushroom pasta had this deep, earthy aroma that you could smell before the first bite. We also loved the calamari and shrimp—both super shareable and well-balanced. Definitely a place you want to linger with good food and a glass of wine.
