God awful! The manager was very rude over the phone! Just tried to get our pizza order corrected, and as we tried to tell her the correct toppings that we are reading, from our app, that we ordered on she kept cutting us off and telling us we are wrong and didn’t want to accept the fact that she may have been in the wrong, so instead she got frustrated and hung up on us. Number one if you are a manager you need to work on your customer service skills and if you can’t handle the heat get the hell out of the kitchen! I dont care if you are busy or frustrated coming from a service industry worker you do that with a smile on your face and not treat your customers so disrespectfully.

Made my first pizza with a ton of bubbles, looked terrible. Had to go back after just getting home. They remade and I get home to realize they made it wrong AGAIN. Forgot to add the garlic crust seasoning which is why I like dominos. I call them asking how to get a refund and he immediately says “we remade your order, you can’t get a refund”. You made it wrong again unfortunately. Wasn’t helpful. I said I would go back a third time to hand them the pizza for a refund. Said that’s not possible because it’s was through the app. Can’t even answer my question on how I get a refund then.

For most of y’all, be blessed these dudes can deliver. The store is right clean and the lobby is pretty small with no real place to sit. However, the older dude manning the register is respectful waaay more than Domino’s deserves. Made sure I got my order in and made it clear the wait time. Saw me waiting a little later and encouraged to expedite my order so I can, “give those feet a rest.” Awesome dude.
Now here is the problem; The location of this store is pretty sketchy with the homeless. On my way back to eat my baked sandwich I was bombarded by a couple homeless grunts, knocked down and had my food taken. I eventually went back with friends a few days later and tried again. Food was pretty good, but won’t do that again in that area.

Avoid this location! I ordered delivery from this location and the order never arrived despite the app reporting that the food had been delivered. I attempted to call the store to report this (as the app only offered me a coupon for a free pizza…..thanks?) and was on hold for nearly FORTY MINUTES before I was able to talk to someone. The individual I spoke to was extremely rude and clearly did not believe that the order was not delivered. He argued with me, told me they were extremely busy, and told me that no manager was available to discuss this matter with. He also stated that he spoke with the delivery driver who told him he handed the food to the person at the door. However, I informed him this was impossible for multiple reasons (1) being that the order instructed the driver to leave it at the door, and (2) I would be happy to share the footage with him from my ring doorbell which shows no order arriving and also shows me walking around out front looking for the non-existent order. At this point the individual on the phone got extremely argumentative with me, was yelling at me, and said that this was a matter I had to dispute directly with the delivery driver. As this had gotten quite outrageous, I decided to end the call. I was never offered a refund or never offered any sort of opportunity to make this right. Based on this interaction, I would be weary to ever order from this location again……..hopefully I can at least get a refund or dispute the charge with my credit card…..(sigh)

Took me TWO HOURS to get my food, and even then the order was wrong. Tried calling and was left on hold for ten minutes, at which point I just gave up. Do yourself the favor and DO NOT get food from this garbage place.

We ordered the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $6.99. Not sure if there’s a mushroom shortage but I don’t think one mushroom per slice is acceptable. Ok I’m exaggerating some slices had maybe 2. Ridiculous. I wish I had checked them before I left. Rip off! Should have just stopped by the dollar store and picked up some Red Baron pizzas.
