We had a party of twelve (including 5 children)celebrating a birthday on Saturday Dec.6, 2025. We had a substantial wait, which we expected due to the size of our group. The food was wonderful, but the service was exemplary. The servers were amazing with the kids. 24 hours later and I am still thinking about what a great time we had. It is rare, but refreshing to find that level of customer service in this day and age. Please give my compliments to the staff.

My boyfriend and I went to Olive Garden on Friday night, excited to enjoy a nice dinner together. While we were browsing the menu, we noticed the BOGO special. Our server mentioned it was their current promotion, but unfortunately, none of the dishes we were interested in were included, so we decided to order from the regular menu instead. My boyfriend went with his usual the Eggplant Parmigiana and I decided to try the new Chicken Marsala.
Everything started off great: the soup, salad, and breadsticks were all delicious. Before our entrees arrived, our server asked if we’d like more breadsticks and we said yes. But when the food came, the breadsticks didn’t, and we never received them.
As soon as the Eggplant Parmigiana was served, we noticed the pasta portion was unusually small. I politely asked another staff member in a dark green apron if that was the normal serving size. He said he wasn’t sure, and when I smiled and thanked him anyway, he just stared back at me blankly almost like he was annoyed I even asked.
When our server returned, she mentioned that the Eggplant Parmigiana comes with a side of pasta and then repeatedly asked my boyfriend if he wanted more, in a tone that felt sarcastic almost like she thought he was trying to get something extra for free. Instead of answering our question about the portion size, she said she’d speak with the manager. However, the manager never came to our table. The server returned and said the manager approved giving him more pasta “as a courtesy,” but my boyfriend declined and just ate his meal.
I moved on and ate my Chicken Marsala, which was flavorful but extremely salty. After that, we barely saw our server again. The extra breadsticks we were promised never came, and no one ever offered dessert or checked in on us.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. From the strange attitude of the staff to the lack of follow-through on simple things like breadsticks and basic service, I honestly don’t understand how this location has a 4-star rating. Definitely a 0/10 from us.

Waitress was incredibly kind and patient – the booster seat we got wasn’t locking so my toddler was upset and she was able to get us a new one and was super nice about it. She followed up with us several times – I even remember saying to my husband, if there was ever a waitress that deserved a good tip – it’s this one! Food was yummy. Overall a quick, easy meal – quickly seated, ordered shortly after, and got our bread sticks etc quickly – my toddler didn’t even have time to get antsy as our food came soon after. Thank you!

I have been here twice. The first time my daughter n I ate in. I specifically asked to sit away from people which they did until half way through the meal they literally started seating everyone at the tables right next to ours. My 5yr year old had to move her legs over just so neighboring table they were seating could slide into the booth. It was definetly time to go. The food was great and it would have been great if n I could have finished eating the $70 i spent there that day all on food besides a sweet tea and a lemonade. Overall we enjoyed ourselves until we had to leave.The second time I ordered 3 entrees and a order of breadsticks online for curbside pickup and recieved the food incredibly fast. However both of my salads did not have any cheese at all none not in it or on the side which was incredibly disappointing. There also was only one cup of dressing for each salad which is not even close to enough.

My sister and I frequently visit this Olive Garden. The last 2 visits have changed how I view this establishment. Last time (2-3 weeks ago or so) we waited quite awhile before our server finally came around, I understand things happen. After she came it was smooth sailing. We just went again today and were sat for 10 minutes without being seen again. Today it was slow and pretty much all the other tables around were getting up to leave. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and know the turn around isn’t that long. We decided to leave and told the host and he said “I don’t even know where they were sitting”.

Ive had friends reccomend the Steak Gorgonzola entree. I went this afternoon with family for my birthday to have lunch and ordered it. While it was delicious they didnt include any sundried tomatoes (menu said it included them) or Gorgonzola cheese. I ordered the steak bites to be cooked as the menus description stated (medium) they were well beyond well done, quite difficult to chew. I always order fettuccine Alfredo and i really wanted to try something a little different but I basically got a tough steak Alfredo with spinach

I had an extremely terrible experience with this restaurant. I spoke to the restaurant Monday, February 2nd about having my mother’s birthday dinner here on Saturday. They told me to call in Saturday morning with our time and we would be put on the waitlist. On Saturday at 11:20 am I called in just like I was told and let them know how many people and what time. I called again that afternoon to confirm and they told me all I need to do is check in with the host when I get there. I show up Saturday before the designated time and was told it will be a few minutes while they gather the tables. My entire party was there. I received a text stating my table was ready. I brought it up to the host stand and they said they never had me down on the waitlist! How did I have a text that said my table is ready then? Come to find out they gave our table to another party with the same name as me. I was offered no apologies or any sort of accountability for their own error. The manager Andrew was extremely rude and told me “the only accommodation I can offer is another table in an hour and a half.” This is unacceptable. The restaurant staff made this error and not a single person even had the decency to apologize. I will be contacting corporate as this was a terrible experience for our entire party.

We stopped in for dinner around 4pm on a recent Sunday for our one year wedding anniversary. It was busy but we were seated quickly without a wait. Our server was great, food was tasty and fresh. ( My fettuccine could have used a bit more sauce but not a deal breaker ). After dinner we were offered a complimentary desert for celebrating our anniversary at the Olive garden. As far as atmosphere, I would give it 3 stars. It Feels a little cafeteria and it’s a new place so I was expecting more. But again, not a deal breaker. Also, I would just like to add that we originally were going to have dinner at a fancy place on the Hill but our plumbing at home broke on the day of our anniversary leaving us in financial uncertainty. So we went for the next best thing for Italiano closer to home..

We had a great time out with my dad celebrating a new promotion. The server was phenomenal, especially when we found out it was only their 3rd week as a server. Attentive but not hovering. When other servers brought us things, they were quick to correct it or get what was forgotten. Food is always good and came out as we had ordered it. Only reason for the 4 stars is a different server dropped some glasses that shattered. They server walked away leaving the broken glass on the floor where someone could have tripped on it or cut themselves.
