Showed up at 8:22pm on a Tuesday night. Got my waffles within five minutes and everything was super speedy! The environment was really chill, cleaner than most other waffle houses I’ve been to, and the staff was really friendly. Lanny was my server and she was awesome!

I had a great experience at the Waffle House recently, thanks to a cook named Jordan D. From the moment I walked in, you could tell he was dedicated and genuinely cared about what he was doing. He was not only fast but also made sure everything was cooked just right. I ordered my usual waffle with some sides, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Jordan’s friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to see someone who enjoys their job and takes pride in their work. If you find yourself at that Waffle House, definitely take note of his effort—it really made my day!

:Shelby the Great and Tim T Deserve Every Bit of Praise

Let me start with this. I’ve had good service before. I’ve even had great service. But what Shelby and Tim pulled off tonight deserves to be recognized.

Shelby, and yes, her name tag really does say “Shelby the Great” , handled the entire front of the restaurant by herself. That means taking orders, running food, refilling drinks, clearing tables, checking on customers, and keeping everything moving without showing even a hint of stress. She was calm, kind, and focused from start to finish.

Meanwhile, Tim T was holding down the kitchen all on his own. Every plate came out hot and correct. When one small thing came up with a steak, Tim didn’t hesitate. He calmly explained that another staff member had prepped it earlier, and offered to make it right. No blame, no excuses. Just a solid pro doing his job with pride.

Between the two of them, they were the only ones working the whole restaurant tonight. I don’t say that lightly. No support, no visible backup, just them. And they delivered.

Even if you didn’t see it with your own eyes, you could feel it. The way they treated people, the pace they kept up, the pride they clearly have in doing the job right. It’s rare.

If I’m being honest, if they hadn’t been there, I probably would’ve walked out disappointed. But because of them, I left impressed. Grateful, even.

I didn’t catch the names of anyone else who may have helped prep before the shift or supported behind the scenes, but I respect what the whole team must go through to keep a place running. And on this particular night, Shelby and Tim carried the weight.

If anyone at Waffle House wants to follow up, I’d be happy to confirm this was a real experience. They earned it! And I’ll follow up on this review in a week or two.

Dont bother with a to go order on the app. They will let it sit there for 15 mins and get cold. you pay a surcharge per wafflehouse for a togo order and get treated like scum for it. More people working than eating there and no one will care about your order and just let it sit and get cold while ignoring you.

Went with my mom around 10am. The waitress lady was an absolute legend and were definitely giving her a good tip, the food was great like we always expect it to be here. It’s a great place in the morning but I prefer not to be dragged here at night for some reason, either way this place definitely deserves 5 stars ✨️

Don’t ever get Waffle House to-go from this location. They got my order completely wrong, giving me less food then what I paid for. Go to the Waffle House on 92. Friendlier staff and much more attentive.

I’ve had plenty of great, normal Waffle House experiences at this location in the past. However, I had to share my experience my girlfriend and I had tonight. Attached is an image of how burnt my girlfriend’s cheesesteak omelette was. My bacon was almost black. I’m not one for sending food back, but neither meal was edible. When they recooked the food, it was way undercooked. The waitress and the cook failed at providing good service. I even left a good tip, and the waitress didn’t acknowledge anything. Just a bad experience. We were here at 9:30pm 8/17/22.

I’ve gone to my fair share of Waffle Houses over the years but the experience at this location on one random morning was beyond amazing. It’s by far the best service I have ever seen at a Waffle House. Tim was the manager on duty it seemed and he did an amazing job at maintaining morale in the kitchen positive, fun, and professional. He also was expediting the orders and it just seemed to flow so smoothly. My partner and I were very impressed.

Our server was Makenzie and was very personable, attentive, and fun to chat with in passing. I really appreciated her checking in and not being upset that she had to do a couple rounds grabbing us extra stuff.

What really caught my eye, this was our first time sitting at the bar, was watching Shelby(sp?) on the grill/toast/dish set-up station. Not only was she insanely skilled at going fast and handling multiple orders but she also did it effortlessly and with a smile. We didn’t interact with her but were just astounded at her skill at the grill and her ability to multitask while maintaining a very positive attitude.

The food was amazing too but really what blew our minds was the A+++ service. We will definitely be returning to this Waffle House frequently, so happy we just moved into the area!
